I deliver for door dash was here at this location 3 times today. The wait was 45 mins each time. On the 3rd time after wait in... line for 45 mins i was told to go back around because i didnt stop at speaker. I did but she refuse to give me my two orders. Iwill not go to this wendys again.. Great atmosphere. Fantastic customer service. Employee attitude s are top notch. They also make you feel welcome. As well as... make you feel like your doing them a favor. It may be an equal exchange, but it's really a great place to have a meal. Read more
This Wendy's does not open dining room for people that want to eat inside. U can only order in the drive thru. There is no trash... cans out in parking lot. But I will say the lady that took my order today was very cheerful and made it easy to order. Read more
I work within walking distance of this Wendy?s so it was tempting to go there when I first started my job 4 years ago but since... then this Wendy?s has become an inside joke amongst me and my co workers. If you Want to be late to work go to Wendy?s, if youwant to sit in line for an hour go to the Wendy?s, or if you don?t want your order to be right go to Wendy?s. Despite the lack of Sprite and honey mustard dipping sauce, to which the person taking my order told me up front before I even... ordered, this Wendy's got my order perfect and the food was good. I didn't even want the two previously mentioned items, but itwas nice of her to let me know before hand. I'm more likely to go here again than two other locations I frequent, just becauseof the concern for the customers satisfaction. Recommended for a quick lunch. Read more
The customer service experience starts from the time the customer pulls on the lot? these young people that work here are... absolutely ungrateful to have a job! What happened to secret shoppers??? Because if you truly knew how they are representingyour restaurant, you would discover that they seem like they hate their jobs, and they are in utter misery. They don?t greet youand they don?t even thank you for eating there and they don?t even invite you to come back. They throw your food at you. Outsidesmoking weed, dancing?
