I'm surprised at the atmosphere and how comfortable it is given that other restaurants in the neighborhood generally frown on... customers lingering such as I do. Many times because of local Transit system I would have to sit in one place for a long timeand with the number of homeless in the area most restaurants will run you out around here. Some won't even let you in if youhave a bag because... I don't know why? McDonald's is the worst about this. Even White Castle had their doors locked today. Buttoday is veterans Day. And I'm grateful that Wendy's gave me a free breakfast and let me sit until I figured out my next move toget to the buses that are on a modified route today. But most of all thank you for letting me feel comfortable enough to sitwithout being told to go whether I purchase anything or not. Read more

I have been going to this location to get lunch for about 7 years, and even though they are always busy (long lines), their... service is FAST and efficient. I?m not sure they?ve ever gotten my order wrong in all the times I?ve been. Excellent lunch crew! Read more

I was there for at least 15 minutes and they never even took my order. I have been there in the past and they have went... ridiculously slow and so I haven?t been there in a while but I decided to try again to see if he had gotten any better. It hasactually gotten worse. There is no way that I would even be able to go because there?s just not enough time because they are nottaking orders and when they do take your order they are taking forever to get the food. It?s like there?s no one working andthey take one order go cook it give it to the person and then go and take the next order. But I?ve worked in fast food beforeand it doesn?t even take the amount of time that they?re doing it between orders to make the food if you did it that way so I?mnot sure what is going on. I will not be going there again anytime soon. Read more

I spent my entire break waiting in their drive thru. 25 minutes at the speaker waiting to order. But they told me to wait... because they had a large order in front of me. It was two meals and 3 kid's meals. Absolutely ridiculous. They only got 1 starbecause I can't give them negative stars. Read more

Burger was made incorrectly due to not listening to the patron and what they are ordering. Took 30 minutes just to order for... them to not respond to patron and the person taking orders and handing out food should not be done by the same person cause thisstuff happens. Edit 10.8.21: I came through this morning for a #7 with an extra sandwich and a #4. I start to pull away and check the bags. I?m... missing my second sandwich. I have to wait in line again, 4 cars deep and they give it to me. I get to work, I check the bagsand I now have three #7 sandwiches. I try to call but the phone is busy. I get back to the restaurant and finally I get throughon the phone. I explain what happened and they tell me to wait in line. The line is 7 cars deep. I finally get up to the windowand get my chicken biscuit. No sorry or no customer service. Worst experience I?ve had at Wendys. I eat here a lot for lunch.And I mean a lot. I always go through the drive thru. I normally get the $5 biggie bag. Bacon double stack plain (only bacon andcheese), spicy nuggets, fries and a coke to drink. You can not beat that at all. The drive thru is always super long but it goesfairly quick. I have an hour long lunch so I don?t keep track. Read more
