Ms. Anna was the order taker. Top notch customer service. I could see her smile thru the machine. When I got to the window. What... a very beautiful smile and pleasant. She's amazing in the drive thru. She made sure I had all my items I needed for lunch. LordJesus she knocked my socks off. I'm so glad I came to Wendy's. This young lady made my day. Everything I got was cold. The fries and both chicken sandwiches. One order wasn't correct at all even thought I paid extra for... my order. I will NEVER come back to this location and will encourage everyone I know to avoid it like an outbreak hospital. Read more
Everything was almost right with my breakfast order except two things 1. Ran outta sweet tea 2. I ordered a honey butter... biscuit instead I got a spicy honey butter biscuit someone can't get the order right ! Food is always cold and they never give me my sauces for my meal. I'm the type of person that I don't even want the food anymore... if my mouth is set up already expecting a certain taste. The food was terrible. Use to the food was pretty good but this time my experience was awful. I got cheese burgers with no... ketchup or anything on it hardly. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and it was over cooked almost burnt and very hard to eat. I only gave one star because you have to give a rating in order to post. Every time I come to this Wendy's there is an issue a... couple weeks ago it took 30 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers and a fry. Tonight 11/8/22 the sign says they close at 1a Google saysthey close at 1a I get there at 10p the whole crew including management are all sitting outside smoking. They watched us pullinto the parking lot and drive to the speaker no one made any attempts to take our order or even interact with us in any way.The customer service here is horrible and management is just as bad.
