After 25 minutes in the drive-thru. I returned the burger and asked the manager "Would you eat this?" and the response I got was... "No". Yes, I got a refund which I didn't ask for. Just wanted a good burger, the replacement wasn't much better. I will nevereat at this location again. Read more
Used to be the best Wendy's in town and is now the worst. Last time I went, they gave me a raw chicken sandwich and was closed... by the time I turned around. How this place hasn't been shut down is a beyond me. Sent in a complaint to corporate but got noresponse. Read more

I work nearby and come here occasionally to get frosties for myself and coworkers. Usually good service, but today I went 30... minutes before close (they close at 5pm) all the lights were on and the drive thru sign was lit up, but no one took my order andI didn?t see anyone when I pulled up to the window. There was a car in the parking lot that I?m guessing belongs to an employee,and they just didn?t want to serve anyone. I?m fine with closing early, just put a sign at the drive thru so people know. Strange location. No staws and lids at designated place. You have to ask for straw and lid. Which is difficult, since everyone... is busy cooking and nobody pays attention to customer standing at counter. Cherry on top - sleeping employee at one of thetables.
