I ordered on the app. When I got there to pick up, after waiting several minutes to talk to someone, was informed they had no... chili. Since I couldn't get the two chilis and taco Salad, I canceled the order. They couldn't refund my money I had paid on theapp, so finally they gave me the cash back and I had to get something elsewhere to eat. Read more
The employees here (particularly on day shift) have always treated myself and my son with respect and kindness! Truly so nice!... However, it is a fact that this is the absolute slowest drive thru in the history of time. I have been the only car in the drivethru, and never spent less than 15 minutes in line. The lobby is most often closed, leaving the drive thru the only option. Myson prefers their nuggets over others, but it's not worth the 30+ minutes it takes to get a biggie bag. We've been in the drive thru for over an hour, one car in front of us who still has yet to order because the person has not got... onto the headset to take their order. There is always at least a half hour wait, if you want Wendy's you have better luck withthe one on outer loop don't go to this one Read more
They prioritize Doordash/Grubhub over walk in customers. I went in and ordered a single burger and fries. It wasn?t busy, I had... no line and there were a few cars in the drive through. I waited over 20 minutes for my food. During that time, I saw severaldelivery orders out out and picked up. I?m talking 8-10 of them. When I finally got my food, it was cold. Not warm, the bunswere literally cold. The patty was just warm. The cheese wasn?t melted. I?m not sure if they made it and forgot about it or justdidn?t make it properly. If I wasn?t starving and somewhat in a hurry (didn?t expect to wait 20+ minutes for a burger), Iwould?ve complained to them. Instead, I just ate quick and left. Read more

Was getting so frustrated with the Wendy's app not letting me order at ANY location but they worked it all out for me. They... we're very polite and professional. Food was good, hubby's fries were fresh. Mobile order with pick up in drive thru was easy peasy. They got my special request for... my sandwich correct. I removed the bun and several of the condiments and added extra onion. Everything was right. I like thatWendy's allows menu items to be customized. It is one of the places I can eat out in a hurry and stay within my allowednutritional intake per meal. High protein, low fat and low carbs. Read more
