We stopped going to this particular Wendy's some time ago for several reasons.. thought we'd give them a try...NOTHING has... changed. Ordered the Chicken pecan salad.. they took that literally, chicken, two packs of pecans and lettuce. No apples nofeta, and NO dressing in the bag. Won't be back. Read more
Sat in drive thru for 20 minutes. Car that was at speaker was yelling for someone to respond for at least 5 minutes. It was... clearly open as 2 cars were at the window getting their order. Based on other reviews this should probably be fixed by gettingcompetent staff or just close this location. Read more
I mean wow. I ordered a biscuit and gravy combo, and a French toast stick combo, no fork, no straws, no syrup. This place is a... literal joke. Who ever the DM is now needs to reconsider a different job. The lady at the window was extremely rude and smellsheavily of marijuana. I am appalled. I worked there 5 yrs ago and this would not have happened when I was working there.Unfortunately Wendy?s can?t afford to pay me what I?m worth. Found a little gift of mold on my food and and there was a Little Rock on my fries but I didn?t care care and threw it away but... when I was eating my baked potato my little grey friend greeted me with a wonderful smile ???? definitely recommend if you wannafor the next day from food poisoning or something Read more
Lobby is never open, they told me to walk through the drive through like it was safe being on foot with idiots in cars behind... me. And when they're lobby is open it takes nearly 45 minutes to get your food and another 20 minutes to get it correct ifyou're smart enough to check it before you leave. Overall the worst wendys I've ever seen or been to. Their managers and teamclearly needs a training over haul. Read more
This Wendy's used to be terrible. They were slow and they always forgot something from your order and I quit going for a long... time. Recently I tried them again and they've totally turned around. The line at the drive thru moved at a good pace, they werepolite, and they got my order together without missing anything. Much improved from my experience before. Read more
I think this may be the worst Wendy's I've ever visited more than once. The two times I've been here were awful. The first time... I waited 35 minutes in the pickup stall to get my food. It became obvious they absolutely weren't going to serve me, so I waitedin a packed drive thru to then get my order at the window. The second time, I ordered online, selected the drive thru forpickup, and waited nearly 10 minutes at the box before moving to the actual window unprompted. I waited an additional 15 minuteswithout signs of life, where I was then told they close at 6pm. I had gotten there at 5:30pm. The store was open and theemployees were all outside. I had been charged for my meal. This store is notorious for keeping their dining room closed, thoughthey indicate it is open, and - as evidenced above - closes entirely without notice. Wendy's is one of the worst fast foodrestaurants in the US with respect to service, but this one should be the gold standard by which all other franchises are judgedfor poor service. Read more
