This had to be the most disgusting Wendy's I've ever had in my life. Stale bun on the burger, cheese was melted to the point... where it was almost gone, the fries were cold and tasteless, the nuggets were also cold, and they upsized my order without mypermission which cost me an extra dollar to throw half the food in a trash can because it was so bad in the first place. Credit Card machine not working. They made me forget to scan my rewards app. They offered me a job to fix the credit card... machine. Had to turn them down due to time constraints. Manager (?) gage me a entry for breakfast rewards game(at dinnertime). All I want is the points I earned from my order. Please. Read more

Service at every Wendys has went down over the past couple years. Always mess up you order & quality of food seems to have down... graded. The staff at this location & Bardstown Rd & Hikes Lane always under staff. Frosty machine is working 50% of time. You'rea hassle to the employees just by choosing to be there. If you go w/ 30 minutes to close they're will tell you that they areclosing & only have limited menu. So bad service & inflation has made the price ridiculous , dollar menu has tripled if it usedto be a dollar it's now $279 those are minature sandwiches. The purpose of eating there has went out the window. Convenience,pricing, & food have all declined to become one of the worst fast food restaurants now. Used to be exact opposite. Read more

The burger was so fresh and high quality it could of been used in a photo ad. The young gentleman in the drive-thru was as... pleasant and polite as I've ever met. Read more

I want to say I was encouraged by this store because I have a pretty low opinion of Wendy's, but this store was different. The... service was quick and my food came out correctly as ordered. The server at the window was also pleasant. Read more

After waiting in line thru 7 cars we were told it would be 30 minutes till they could serve us because their COMPUTER was DOWN. ... They were very polite about it. In the past, we've been repeatedly told that they were OUT Of Salads in the afternoon andevenings. The owner of this location is loosing a lot of business by not keeping enough stock on hand and possibly theemployees aren't willing to make more salads. I want to buy from Wendy's but how can we do business when the products aren'tavailable? Hopefully the Franchise Owner will see this review and see to making the needed changes, real soon. The employeesalso need to stop all of the playing around as well as disputes while serving the customers. Read more
