Food was very cold, fries weren't filled up in the container, buns were extremely stale, chicken pattie was cold and dried out,... tomato tasted rotten. Chicken nuggets were cold and old. This meal cost over $20.00 and was garbage. Inedible and should nothave been served to anyone! Lobby was closed even though it was 5:00 pm and they had more than enough staff from what we couldsee trying to get inside but it was locked. People wanted inside to eat but had to go through the drive thru. Others just leftand they were lucky to go somewhere else where the food was decent! Editing this review, down from 5 stars, because each of my last three interactions with this Wendy's have been very... negative. They are charging more for various items than the menu shows (which is shady as heck), I've been given completelydifferent food than what I ordered (seriously, every single item was incorrect), and they have had the dining room locked duringtimes when they say they are open in the listed hours on their door. This establishment has gone downhill very quickly in thelast few months. Cannot recommend it. Read more
Drive thru order Sunday approx 5pm. Ordering was taking so long for the line. Got closer & saw employees standing outside the... door that's by the drive thru sign. I had to say hello several times at sign before anyone responded to take order. Finallyplaced order for "2" large combos. Get to window & can see people that were outside was the ones on drive thru window & theones bagging food. I live 3 minutes from restaurant. Both orders of fries were cold, both burgers were cooked til extremely dry& both burgers smelled bad. Took small bite of the burger & it was disgusting. No choice but to throw the food away. I usedlove Wendys. It seems they've changed the meat. The meat has been smelling odd for awhile.....but this order was just plain meatgone bad. Definitely not a good change. Big waste of money. You just never know if they are open.today is Saturday and the web site said they were open until eight got there before seven... and they were closed. This has happento me a number of times at this location. Running a business like this ,when Chick-fil-Aopens just down the road you are done. Read more
Rude cashier in drive thru. Large Soured tea. Stale small fries and subpar spicy chicken sandwich. Paid almost $10! Wendy's is... going down hill and charging more for worse food. Read more
Some times they. Stay open till 6 and sometimes they stay open, there dinning room has never opened back up, drive thru is... always a mile long. Why would I come to there or any of them. Life is a gamble period . If COVID don't get us, something elsewill. So open your doors, think about it. Read more
Frankly I have to give Wendy's props for having one of the best fast food Burger combos of the lot. I ordered a double cheese... combo with fries and unsweet tea. There was a long line at the drive-thru and I was able to get through, order, pay and get myfood in about 10 minutes. The quick turnaround was surprising because of the long line. For the money, this is a really goodhamburger and french fry combo. The staff was courteous, efficient and processed my order correctly. The only criticism is thatI was not offered catch up to go with my fries. I would definitely eat at this Wendy's again. Read more
