Where to start? my expectations were low to begin but this place managed to even somehow defy those. We were sat within 10... minutes and put a drink and food order in shortly after, however that?s when the bottom fell out. We waited over 30 minutes forour waters and coffee. Then waited another 45 minutes for our food. They forgot to give us silverware and and to chase them downto even get a refill on coffee. AVOID this place at all costs. Read more
Worst place to order food at 3am in the morning. I buy the same thing every morning and the waiter always charges me something... different everytime. And I ask for a receipt and it's always, our receipts don't print. And she always gives me change from herpocket, NEVER the draw. I think she is making up price and pocketing the money. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. Night time waiters don?t know what are they doing! I went there 2am there?s 4 employees working and 2... customers. I waited 30 min for them to take my order. Don?t know what are they doing! Don?t know how to count money, no customergreeting. Some waiters are on drug, smoking. It?s just worst. This the first Waffle House that give me this experience. Great service Real nice employees.
It was my first time in Kentucky and I decided to go to this waffle house. It was unclean, unsanitary, and gross! The crew left... food out all day it appears. Tables were full of food. The waiter offered to clean a table if we wanted to sit but otherwise thefood would stay there all night. There was no silverware left because of the lack of cleaning. One person took orders, scratchedhair, and cooked food. If this is your go to late night spot, consider going 15 minutes down the road to the next Waffle Housethat is hopefully in better conditions. Not well ran operation. Manager is busy doing dishes and taking inventory prior to taking care of the customer first and get... the rush through. Staff spends too much time spinning around doing things that don?t focus on getting customers out the door. You can do dishes and inventory after the rush. Read more
