I watched a group of four people walk in right before me and be seated and served as I went to the restroom. When I came out of... the restroom I was told the dining room was closed and it was to go only I will never spend my money at this restaurant everagain I don't know what the problem was. I'm very upset! I may never eat at this location ever again I may not eat at WaffleHouse ever again. I have never known waffle house to be closed even during the pandemic but supposedly the dining room wasclosed and this was at 8:45 p.m. on Friday November the 11th Veterans Day of 2022 and I'm a veteran. Its waffle house so we're all kinda familiar with it and theyre all pretty similar so I'm giving 5 stars for this specific... location based on service. They were really nice. Read more
Awful Waffle House. I don?t expect much from Waffle House anyway, but this one is the worst of the worst! Walked in and NO ONE... was in there but there was TRASH (cans, bottles, take out containers) on every single table and counter but one side. Waitresstold us that side was closed?. Um why? Then I said well where can we sit? She said any table that?s clean. I said I?m not seeingany other clean table and she just ignored me. Looked at my friends and said let?s go somewhere else then and left. Clearly shecouldn?t be bothered to take two minutes and clean up the one trash item on each table and wipe one down. Seemed veryintentional like they just didn?t want us to stay considering trash such as cans and bottles weren?t even served there. Get newstaff ASAP or shut this place down!!! Read more
Horrible waffle house/Staff!!! Place is open 24-hours 7-days a week. The guy in my pictures is the cook and was running the... place. He turned me away and few other people as well. But served who he wanted to. Or served his self. He stayed playing on hisphone and never washed his hands or anything. His mask was supposed to be up on his face. He had his mask hanging off his chinwhole time. Gross!!! The waitress never washed her hands no one did. Really gross place. They do what they want when they wanttoo. Needs be shut down ASAP!!! I don't understand how this place has so many stars I went in there the other day the lady slammed her Notepad on the table we... got into it so I didn't go back to the Waffle House. But right now I thought because there was a different staff on it would bebetter I bought two sandwiches and 3 small orange juice because they did not have any more large cups but they charge me forlargest which I was okay with I gave the lady a $4 plus tip on a $15. 18 I gave her a 20 and told her to keep the change. I waswalking outside to make sure that I could be seen when my food was ready the lady didn't even look up she had my food sitting onthe counter. Then when she gave me it she didn't ask me if I wanted any jelly she did not give me no silverware I'm at the hotelno napkins then the lady that I gave the $4 to when I went in there for some jelly she didn't even say anything to me she hadthe other waitress give me the jelly I almost wanted to go in there and get my tip back that is unprofessional... The food was amazing as always be a psych ward patient killed the mood. The waitress seemed a little distracted and got my drink... wrong 3 times nut I understand she's trying her best. Overall I loved it couldn't ask more from Waffle House Read more
