Although we came in at a most unusually busy time, resulting in short staffed. They were able to not only serve us but serve us... very well. Most every time that I eat at this waffle House, and it seems a lot lately more times than not my food is cooked exactly like I... asked it to be and usually the servers are quick to take care of you. If you like down home cooking in a hurry this is where togo. Read more

I'm sitting in the establishment as I write. The floor is totally dirty needs to be cleaned right now. My order came out wrong I... received hash browns instead of grits. Grits came fully watery and extremely lumpy. Like bean soup! So I ordered the all star,when it's done right its a very good meal. Today eggs are cold, waffle tasted flat and soggy, coffee not the best. They keptoffering me hash browns I'm not a hash browns person. They charged my table full price even though myself and sister did not eatthe grits. Asked why no deduction Mgr said because it's built into the price. Our server was extremely unattentive and sloppywhen serving our food and coffee. They may be hard working as I read but today they need to pay attention to the customer andquality of the food. We have tried to eat here 2 nights in a row and the service has been terrible. Sat and waited 25 minutes, never had anyone come... to our table to take drink order, or look our way till we said something. The groups around us had the same problem both nights.We thought because there were different people working tonight it may be different...but no! We actually heard the waitressnamed Karen say "well the people that just came in can just wait" I turned to the kids beside us and asked how long they hadbeen there with not even a drink in front of them, 34 mins!! It is ridiculous how rude that these individuals that work here areand obviously don't need to be in the service industry. Read more
This is one of the better waffles houses in Louisville. Friendly, courteous and fast. Even when they are busy they get you... through and out relatively fast. I recommend their steak and eggs. Try the jalapeños grilled on your hash browns. The pattymelts are pretty good as well. Read more
While traveling, I came to this waffle house with low expectations like most of the ones I have visited the last 2 years... This... is by far the friendliest, fastest and cleanest Waffle House I have been doing a very long time. Even though it was crowded, myexperience was spot on.
