Food was good here. The spicy potato tacos were good. The drive thru moved fast enough. Not sure I could ever give a Taco Bell 5... stars, it would have to be a really exceptional one. Also, check your order here, they left out the cinnamon twists in my order.I only eat Taco Bell once in awhile to get something different. If you like Taco Bell, then this maybe a 5 star for you, justnot me. Read more

Haven't had an incorrect order from them yet. Solid late night spot to hit after work. And it's in a really convenient spot as... well, easily accessed, easily exited. Would highly recommend. Read more

Had the veggie burrito. It was good, but the beef burrito I had was just so so and I asked for extra sorry cream on both and did... not get it on either one. That's the reason for the 3 stars instead of 4 Read more

Slower than normal on Saturday/Sunday late nights, young drive thru girl spends a long time talking instead of handing you your... food sitting right there, Lady I am the only one in drive thru and I ordered 3 tacos, why is it taking ten minutes! talk after Ileave! This place is too new to be this messed up, 6800 Bardstown Tacobell is a100 times better in everyway even with a hugeline. Now I see why this one does soo little business compared to the 6800. It needs strong Management to manage the behaviordisabilities of its employees. Read more

Everyone already knows what taco bell tastes like, but not every location gets it right. This location consistently gets it... right, every single time. Since this one opened, I pass by 2 other Taco Bell locations to get to this one. Everything is alwaysmade correctly, quickly, hot, and the portions are great! Everyone there is super friendly too, and the inside is always keptvery clean. The people working here all deserve raises, because this is exactly how a Taco Bell should be run. Read more

Disappointed that the listing on Google says their dinning room is open when it is not. I understand staff shortages, but having... it clearly listed on Google would be helpful to not have disappointed customers. Additionally, a simple large sign on thebuilding stating drive thru only would help. Drive thru I would normally give 4 stars even late at night. Read more

Three times in the past two weeks I've tried to get food from this location. The first time I couldn't because "the systems are... down". The next time it was because their card readers were down and they were only accepting cash. The third time I broughtcash, but the excuse was "we got a late start and don't have any food ready." I'd like to believe it's just my bad luck, butcome on. I'm sure the food is fine if you can buy it. Read more

First off, I need to start by sharing that I am probably one of the biggest fans of Taco Bell. It probably wouldn't be a stretch... to say that I am in the top .001% of Taco Bell customers. All of this to say, it feels almost against my character and morals tosay anything even slightly negative about one of my favorite restaurants in the entire world. Nonetheless, it must be done. Thebean burrito I received at this location was so disgustingly horrible and dry. I gagged at even the idea of eating it. The beanswere so old and dry that they closely resembled the very old and dry dirt that this Taco Bell was built upon. In fact, Iwouldn't be surprised if this was the case here. In all my long, Taco Bell-devoted life, I've never been so disappointed oremotionally scarred from a fast food restaurant. That's saying a lot because clearly my standards aren't even that high seeingas I just announced that Taco Bell is one of my favorite restaurants in the world. I hope that this was just a one timedisappointment and they won't ever serve customers this quality of food ever again. May God have mercy on us all. Read more
