It would not get a star if there was a 0 star... i?m a Partially disabled US Army veteran and they refused to serve me at the... drive-through because I was on a bicycle. They said it was company policy, when I asked for the store number they said it?s afranchise. They refused to give me the store number the franchise owners name or their names who were telling me That it wastheir policy To not serve people through the drive-through on bicycles, but if I had a moped under me they could.... There is noplace to lock the bike up outside, and they said I could bring the bike in, which would violate local health department rules.Would the franchise owner please contact me soon, or I will go to the Kentucky Department If commerce and the veteransadministration with this issue. Horrible, said there system was down but had someone sitting at the window they handed a lot of food to, so we waited and she... gets on speaker and said um you can leave cause I don't know how long it's going to be, so we drove thru and looked in and therechillin on there phones, and everything was cleaned up. I found a dead bed bug in my food today from there. I been Throwing up ????????????????every since. I will never eat there... anymore. I called Corporate And they just took an incident report I took the food and bug back to them and they gave me back mymoney. they don't have to worry about me coming back at all that's just nasty.????????????????????
