I was here during "thunder over Louisville" so needless to say, it was SUPER packed. The line wrapped around at the wall all the... way back to the tables. Even with this long line, the professionals behind the counter conducted themselves as one cohesivemachine. It was no time before it was my turn at the counter. At every station I was greeted with a smile. Managers from otherestablishments should send their new hires to this place to observe how teams can operate as one. Read more
This subway is downtown Louisville and was very nice. It was extremely busy and took a while, but everyone working there was... really nice. But I just can not give it any more stars because of how expensive it is for the food you get. Read more
Was on a field trip to the Louisville Science center. Teachers , parents and children where turned away do to the manager being... overwhelmed. I understand being busy and short staffed but to turn childern away under the age of 12 is truly sad to me. What isthe world coming to? To add the school called days ahead to make sure it would not be a problem and once asked about it themanager hung up on the school. Read more
On a good day this is the best subway with the best staff. On a bad day (today) their staff, preoccupied with a larger order,... rushed me and other patrons to assemble the first part of our sandwich and then let them sit and get cold while they finishedthe first 6 sandwiches. 2 stars because manager was apologetic, but for a 15 minute wait on a cold sandwich, I can't justifymore than 2 stars. By far, probably the best Subway I've been to in the country. The location is connected to the Louisville Science Center. The... staff is friendly and detail oriented and even allowed children to put in their orders. There is a great level of communicationbetween them when passing on jobs to one another so that things stay in order. All people, including the manager, stayed busyduring my visit whether it was cleaning the dining area or preparing for the next group of customers. Overall, great stop and Idefinitely recommend dining in. Read more
