UPDATE: 7/29/2022, still have not seen the refund on our account... UPDATE: 7/21/2022 Spoke with the manager and we are being... refunded, thats good news. The manager blamed us for the bad customer service experience we received. She told us our order wasgoing to be remade, but the girls working were refusing to, and the manager wouldnt listen to me explain this. Clearly thecustomer is always wrong. Major sign to never go back go this place. Avoid at all cost! 7/20/2022: Just had one of the worstcustomer service experiences I've ever encountered, and was absolutely unacceptable. I placed an online order for pickup through the subway website. I made a mistake of selecting the wrong toppings of the sandwich, it was caught when I placed theorder (a mistake I completely own up to). I tried calling this location as soon as I noticed the error to try to correct itASAP. The phone rang busy. I tried calliny multiple times, once while I was merely a block away from the location but still rangbusy. Showed up to the location and spoke with the girls behind the counter about the issue. One girl stated she already madethe sandwiches. We apologized and asked if we could have the correct toppings, or the sandwiches remade, and if not could weplease be refunded our money. She abruptly said "no" and that we would need to come back tomorrow when a manager is present astheres no one there to correct this for us. My partner and I found this to be unacceptable and asked, "Could we have tyemanagers number to speal with them?", she said "no we arent allowed to give out their number." Seeing how she had her cellphoneout, i asked "Could you please call a manager?", she called from her personal cell phone, told the person on the other line acustomer wanted to speak with her. Ordered online but the receipt said something incorrect. Tried calling to let the store know but the phone was always busy. ... When I arrived the employees refused to correct the order and would not issue me a refund. Will never be back. Read more

One girl doing her absolute best to get everyone through the line fast and right. When asked why she was alone the other team... member just didn't show up. And the team from last evening hadn't prepped anything like they should have. She is alone not juston her shift, but in taking care of the store and the customers. This is my favorite location and it breaks my heart that shehad to give so much more than 110%. She is amazing! I hope the store recognizes her hard work. Read more

Ordered through the subway app at this location. Two sandwiches, an Italian BLT Melt and a steak and cheese. The steak and... cheese had literally no sauce at all, despite me asking for extra. The melt was not melted, nor toasted. It was also supposed tohave "3 times the cheese" and it literally had one slice on cheese, just one. I paid extra for the "melt" over the regular BMTand didn't receive what was advertised in the slightest. Do not go to this location and definitely do not use their app. I won'tbe back Read more

Every time I ever go in this place, it takes way too long, they always have a very Inexperienced person working, they never have... store hours listed correctly, almost every other time I go I lose money or have to correct simple things, so I never go anymorewhich sucks because it?s the only subway in distance of my work on lunch hours. This location is always fresh, accurate and friendly but I only gave 3 stars because they NEVER participate in the online app... ordering promotions. Right now there is $5 footlongs when you buy 2 or more but this location is not participating. They didn'tparticipate in the last one either. Read more
