Very nice staff. Instead of telling me they were out of meatballs the guy heated up just enough meatballs for my 2 subs so I... wouldn't have to wait as long for them to cook and I thought that was cool. I also felt really comfortable in the store andthought the staff were easy to get along with. I'm an introvert and didn't feel stressed out or drained from the time I wasthere. This place is awful. I went earlier today to pick up my sandwiches, and I was greeted by a massive puddle of water through which... I had to walk to get to the register. This is the second time In a row they didn't have the bread I requested. Also the secondtime they have messed up the majority of my order. They somehow swapped half the ingredients in 2/3 of my sandwiches to thepoint they were both disgusting. Hopefully I never have to get food from here again. Read more

Workers and manager did NOTHING and let him bleed all over the place. It tookalmost 20 minutes for a kind customer to help him up and give first aid and address him as a human in trouble.
