All I can say is WOW!!!!! I cannot believe what happened at this location today. Ordered the food online. Chose Contactless... Curbside Pickup. Drove all the way around the mall trying to find Subway's designated pick-up spot. Not one to be had. Parkedand went inside to get my order. This is where it really goes down hill. Come to find out that their WiFi is down. Okay, that'sacceptable. My order never made it through. But, my bank account has been charged. I'm told I would have to wait until thelady's husband gets there to get things taken care of. Which never happened, yet. Steve C. finally shows up and gets the WiFi upand running. But still no order. I show him my order from the Subway website and the text from my bank from where they took outthe money. All I got was the runaround and sorries for them not being able to do anything. Nothing like getting treated as acommon criminal just because someone tried to pull this stunt in the past. Their corporate help desk couldn't do anythingeither. After a heated exchange I was given a number to call with an extension. When I got home I called that number and triedusing the extension given to me. Doesn't work. Dialed 0 on my next call and was told that the extension hasn't been used in overa year. I told the person on the other end of the phone what happened at the location. Pretty much got the runaround there too.She did however let me know that it was up the store to give me a refund or not. I was also told, more than likely, that I wouldhave to dispute the charges. Steve C., if you read this, you really better hope those charges fall off my account. And whileyou're at it, you either need to learn something about customer service or, and this is probably the best option for you, sellyour Subway franchise to someone that knows what they're doing. Very nice and helpful staff. Nothing but nice things to say. This is a good court location, the other restaurants really aren't... as friendly. I shop at this mall a bunch. Will keep eating from this Subway when I need to grab a bite. Read more
I frequent Subways all Across Louisville metro and Surrounding Areas, I asked for my sandwich to be Not toasted and meat heated... in silicone container in Toaster oven, I was declined my request. A second employee came out and said it can not be done onlyher Manager could approve it which was not there. Through retraining needs to be administered because your Oven Mits areSilicone!. Amazing staff everyone there so so friendly! I work in the mall and sometimes it?s hard to get fast quality service, but this by... far trumps them all!
