Unfriendly staff. Vegetables are not fresh, stingy with condiments and they do not accept coupons.

We got 2 6 inch sandwiches . They skimped on everything. The sandwich had a off taste almost like it was old. We got monster... zeros and noticed a weird taste . We checked the dates on the bottom of the cans and they expired a year ago!!!!! They areselling expired products. This subway should be shut down. It was a not a good experience? I mean Really selling expired drinkshe should be ashamed . Read more

Sign said they did not accept any coupons. I thought they were a little high at his store.

I get it things are high this guy is just as high as Jersey Mike's nowhere near the quality but because of his location of where... he's at that's why his prices are high I'm sorry but he seems kind of greedy to me won't honor any coupons or specials and hatesfor you to get your points I really don't like going to this guy but sometimes I have to so I don't want to let him know who Iam fear of him spitting on my sandwich when I say him I assume I'm speaking of the owner cuz it's always the same guy Read more

So I have been eating here for lunch for a while, I work about a block away, come by at least once a week. I bring this up... simply to say that I suppose I could be considered a "loyal customer", and while I would say that they can be rude, and arealways eager to short you on ingredients (you can literally watch them as they try to work out how little they can get away withputting on the sandwich), I overlooked these things for the sake of convenience. However, on my latest visit I came in with acoupon that my boss had hung up on the bulletin board at work, I didn't look, but it was expired. I walk in with it in hand andRaj (I think that's his name), made some smarmy comment like "oh you bring coupons do you?" And before even asking what food Iwanted, he demanded to see the coupon, and gleefully pointed out it was expired. The coupon was any 6 inch for 3.49, thesandwich I get is usually 6 bucks, he hands it back with a real "go f**k your self" look on his face. Now, I suppose maybe I'macting entitled here, I didn't look to see if it was expired - figured since my boss put it out, it was still good, but I guessI was shocked that my weekly patronage wasn't worth extending me the courtesy of accepting an expired coupon. I guess that 2.50the coupon would have saved me was too much for them, loyalty be damned. So I won't be returning here, period, they can keepthe 2.50, and in return I'll use the 360 dollars minimum I spend there yearly on a business that appreciates the littlecourtesies they can afford to loyal customers. I will also be dissuading all of my co-workers from spending here. Cheers toyour petty 2.50 Raj! Hope you choke on it. Read more

I went here for lunch with coworkers. I was shorted a single cookie. Mostly no big deal, but I've heard others explain they were... shorted cookies before too, or that they had put on much less meat than they do at other stores. I'd never experienced this so IMa de a special trip back to this store to get the cookie that I originally paid for and was shorted, PLUS the cookie that Iearned for filling out the survey. The same man was there and told me, "No, I am sure I gave you the cookie." He offered meone single cookie (the survey cookie). I was not there begging for a free cookie, so to make my point I politely told him hecould keep it, and told him to have a good day. I returned to my car to fill out a report online to the corporate headquartersand realized that he had kept my receipt. When I went back in he reiterated that he was for certain he made no mistake but"here, have some cookies!" and offered me three or four. At that point I was pretty mad so I just told him "no thank you" andleft WITH my receipt. I will no longer eat at this chain in this city, until I can make certain I do not give money to thestores owned by this particular franchisee. That's very disappointing because my family really enjoys subway and it will be asignificant inconvenience for us. And so we are clear, it's not about a cookie. Read more
