Was satisfied with the wrap I bought, but was disappointed that they charged me $1.98 for a cup of ice and $2.19 for an 8oz... bottle of water. Seems like highway robbery to me. That's wrong. Read more
Don't go to the subway, the guys that work there are rude. The store doesn't honor any of subways specials and when I asked why... they said it was because that was what their owner decided. So whoever owns this, I kind of hope your business fails. Do better. Read more

My husband was just at this store. He told them he had a "coupon" and before he could utter another word, they rudely replied... they were not accepting any coupons. The 3 employees immediately began laughing and walked away. We will never visit this orany other Subway in the future. Penn Station is better anyway. Read more

I've been coming to this Subway for years.. Never really had many problems. Last night on my way home from work I decided to... stop and get a sandwich for dinner. I get home and start to eat my sandwich, I get about four bites in and I notice at the endof the sandwich is a bug in the bread. I called and explained what happened. I was told to come in the next day and they wouldgive me a replacement sandwich. I asked many times if I needed anything and was told repeatedly "no". So, it is the next day andafter much contemplation I decided I did not want another sandwich, so I called to see if I could just get my money back. I wastold that I needed to bring the sandwich and my receipt in. I explained the sandwich had been thrown away because I was told Iwouldn't need anything. I also asked why I would hold on to a sandwich for 24hrs. The person was no help. I will not be gettingSubway ever again. Read more
I've been going to this one for many years but around covid new workers. They are rude, unfriendly, lacking customer service... and seem to have little to no care or concern about customer service. There are plenty of other locations to go too. Read more
