We had a great couples date night. Appetizer was really good we shared the 6 jumbo shrimp cocktail, the steak rolls, and spinach... dip with house made chips. The ribeye steaks were on point tasty. No need for sauce or seasoning they were perfectly seasoned. My bride had grilled salmon with mash potatoes and broccoli. The smoked Gouda macaroni cheese was great. Dessert was crèmebrûlée with fruit, skillet baked blonde brownie with ice cream. The drinks kept flowing, the coffee I ordered with dessert wasdelicious. The wife and I went for the first time for our anniversary dinner. I can honestly say we were very happy from the time we sat... down till we left. I told them that it was for our anniversary and they actually even had a card on the table for us. The waiterwas absolutely amazing he was very friendly and very informative on all we had questions on. He happen to make a couple ofsuggestions and they were great. The meal was amazing the wife got the standard cut filet and I got the new York strip. Bothwere amazing to say the least. We also got the Mac and cheese and the wife got garlic mashed potatoes. I decided to go out to dinner for my Birthday and I selected Stoney River Steakhouse. When I arrived and was seated, I was... sitting across from a fireplace and it was extremely hot. First time visit. My husband's legendary steak was delicious and recommended. The dry, thin steak on biscuits presented was... completely unexpected. The au gratin potatos were good. It's a large portion, all the sauce is around the edges and topleaving the middle a bit dry stacked potatoes. The parmesan garlic fries just tasted like regular fries. My husband said thecarrot cake was delicious. The creme brulee was excellent as well. We had a late reservation and was rushed to order. (Wecalled ahead to ask about the late reservation) The gift card from email didn't work. We had to call the person that boughtthe gift card and all are trying to get that resolved. Really had an awesome time here celebrating our anniversary, wish we could afford to eat here all the time! We both had an... awesome time, everything was quite excellent. We started with salads, which were a good size but not too large to fill us upbefore the main course; flavors were very balanced so that every component was recognizable. Both our entrees were perfectlycooked and extremely flavorful. Compound butter and peppercorn sauce on the steak was a decadent combination. We were surprisedby a large piece of chocolate cake, to celebrate our anniversary. It was extremely rich and we managed to eat it all although wewere already stuffed!
