I?m writing this review on behalf of my aunt who happens to be the biggest if not loyalest drinker of Starbucks. The fact that... she buys several drinks a day is a testimony to her loyalty. This morning we went to this location because the one we normallygo to is in the process of being remodeled. When we arrived she went in and was basically ignored and then once she made herrequest for her drink they not only got it wrong they basically chastised her for her order and then refused to correct theirmistake! It was humiliating and embarrassing for her. My aunt is a throat cancer survivor and to be treated so dismissively hasdefinitely made her sure that we will never go to that location ever again! They made the incorrect drink which happens, we?re human. However .. when they were told the correct drink, it was made as low... quality as possible. It was blended drink and the matcha powder wasn?t even fully blended you could see the dark green stuck tothe sides, not enough rice was used and it was also watery instead of the normal consistency. Great experiences when I have gone to this location. The drive thru people are nice and my drinks are made correctly. My only... complaint would be the drive thru worker that must have just moved over from McDonald's, because after every item she asks, "isthat it?" Read more
