Used old burnt coffee, my fiance couldnt even drink hers and they forgot to make my other drink for about 8 minutes, that was... also burnt tasting, so her hot mocha was already room temp by the time i got to my appartment 2 minutes from campus, no numberto call and complain but this is just upsetting i dont want to walk back and waste even more time to try and get a refund or anew drink because its just that bad. This place has seen DRASTIC improvements since the last time I was here. This morning they had a line of roughly 20-30 people,... but they had 6 employees and a manager there to handle the large amount of traffic. Still a wait, but much more comparable tothe wait at a normal Starbucks. Read more
The other reviews written for this branch of Starbucks are extremely negative. It is necessary to take into consideration that... this is a starbucks on a COLLEGE CAMPUS in an area of high traffic. For how many customers come in on the daily, this branch isholding up well. Staffing has changed and incorrect orders have decreased. Additionally, if you truly can not wait in line,this branch uses an application called tapingo. You can order online and pick up your order without any wait, or even having topay in person. Read more

I ordered my drink, a blonde toasted white mocha, at 5:48 pm. I asked beforehand if they had oat milk and blonde espresso, and... the cashier said they did. Cool. I had a decent line of cups in front of my order, so I knew it would be a little wait. I wasokay with that. What I was absolutely not OK with was while waiting twenty minutes for my drink to start being made, they hadshut down their blonde espresso machine FOUR HOURS before they were said to close. The barista making my drink apologized andoffered ristretto shots instead. I had specifically ordered blonde because IMO they taste better than regular shots, and theyhave more caffeine. I understand wanting to have closing tasks done early, but shutting down an espresso machine four hoursbefore you close is unacceptable. Read more
