Sadly, this location has lost considerably in the quality control department. Here are my last 3 visits: 1. Ordered a drink w/... sweet cream; 2% milk was used instead. Not cool given the $1.25 upcharge. Were extra shots added? Doubtful. Tweeted corporateand got ignored (they used to respond). 2. Ordered a coffee and food order. Twenty minutes after placing the order, I askedstaff to fill the food order or refund me. They chose the refund route. Roughly eight staff members were available but onlysuperficially as there appeared to be hard divisions of labor. 3. Ordered a drink w/ sweet cream; 2% milk was used instead. Italso felt more like a tall in a grande cup. Coffee and convenience is why we order. Instead, you'll often get disappointmentand debate. There are other locations nearby. This location is worth skipping until around Q2 2023, when hopefully they gettheir personnel issues sorted and you can once again order with confidence. Read more
We tried getting Frappuccinos for our littles and when we drove up to the window one had been sitting outside for at least 2 car... lengths and the second drink we watched them set outside before the car in front of us was handed their drinks. I don?t care ifthey set INSIDE for a few minutes no problem but WHY were they set OUTSIDE the drive through window? And when we asked for themto be remade the woman just chuckled tried to act like she thought it was the car in front of us? order. (One was handed a ventihot drink and the other a venti cold drink, neither look like a tall Frappuccino). Having drinks sit outside like that is grossand risks cross contamination. Clean ?redone? store. Fast service. All the things you?ve come to know and love about Starbucks! I tried something new today?... Ice withs splash of the Pineapple Refresher for $5.29! There was so much ice in the cup that I literally took 4 sips of thedrink and it was empty. There was also a glitch in the mobile app today that wouldn?t allow me to pay using the app- I know?first world problems, right! I won?t be trying new things anymore. I stop at this location almost every morning before work. The girls at the drive thru are always so nice. My drink is always... made fast and delicious every time. To me this is the best location in town. Read more
There were 4 women working when I walked in. I will say there was a long line in the drive thru. However, there was no line at... the counter. I walked straight up. Nobody acknowledged me. Not a ?Hello?, ?Welcome to Starbucks?, ?We?ll be with you in asecond? ? Nothing. After standing there awkwardly for a few minutes, still with no one acknowledging me, I decided to leave. I think we all should keep in mind, we ALL are short staffed. I?m thankful there are baristas working! I know it?s gotta be... stressful with everyone depending on Starbucks for their morning *pick-me-up* and if that?s the case and you?re upset because?it?s too slow? then I think, making sure you leave in time, if you need to be somewhere at a certain time, it?s not their faultyou?re running late or impatient, being impatient and *running late* is a personal problem?they all get there at 5 in themorning! I?m always happy with my coffee when I go, I don?t let myself get stressed out if the line isn?t moving as fast. Tipyour barista! They deserve it!! Great atmosphere. I went here with my girlfriend to study and was very relaxed. The store was laid back, quiet and small. The... only issue was the crew members were a little snobby. I believe everybody has bad days and that may have just been an off dayfor all of them. Read more
Please reward Becks as she was absolutely a bright spot in my day today. Despite a very busy crowd of high volume (due to a... nearby store being closed due to striking workers), she was extremely cheerful and pleasant during my time in the store. I willabsolutely come back to this location because of her. Please reward her for excellent customer service and a wonderfullycheerful attitude. Thank you, Becks!
