Worst sonic ever. Only appeared to be one person working. He had a bad attitude and seemed to be trying to get people to not... order so he got his wish and we left. First he said he couldn?t take cash payments, we said no issue. Then he said he didn?thave breakfast items, then he said he didn?t have tea?. Ok, really now? Sonic with no tea? Obviously we departed. This guyhad zero customers there and now we know why, he didn?t want any. Buddy if you hate your job, then quit, don?t ruin sonic foreveryone, we won?t be back. Sonic, you need to deal with this guy! I would give this place zero stars. I?ve been here twice and both times I had to wait for ever to even order. The stalls were... closed both times, so I had to go through the drive thru. We ordered through the app and were surprised to find upon arrival that only the drive-through was open. Not knowing how to pick... up our order with stalls closed, we got in a ten-plus car line for the drive-through at half an hour until store close. Thestore was greatly understaffed (3 employees) which was why they used the drive-through. The staff were all working very hard tokeep processing orders. We still were not to the speaker at 15 till close when the line stopped moving entirely. My son walkedto the doors with my phone and was able to get our online order. Won?t be returning here anymore. Was in line for an hour total. Got to the menu and was put on hold 3 speperate times just to... order my meal 3 times as well. I ordered a large cherry limeade and a chicken slider PLAIN. Got to the window and she left itand everyone disappeared for about 10 min. Then employees pass the window and just ignore me. I waited 45 minutes to place my order and 15 minutes for my food. I ordered a large honey BBQ chicken popper entree and this is... what I got. Bone dry poppers. Eight dollars and an hour of my weekend absolutely wasted just for this. Read more
Very disappointed with the service at sonic today. First, was sad to see the stalls were not even open, stripping me from the... ideal sonic experience. After that, i was sad to hear that they were all out of mozzarella sticks. And just to top it off, I wastold they were out of ice cream. I believe this is a lie, as I saw kids drinking milkshakes at the tables. I waited a long timeat the window, just to order some grilled cheese sandwiches. They are clearly understaffed, which is problematic due to thelarge crowd of food connoisseurs. The vegetarian options are lacking, to say the least, and when there is a food shortage of thefew vegetarian options, real problems arise. Prior to my experience at Sonic today, I had heard from many of my colleagues of their renowned and coveted ?Sonic Blast?. To my... dismay, upon attempting to order the Sonic Blast I was met with a firm ?we are out of ice cream?. As tears streamed down myface, I turned to my friend and helplessly gasped ?This isn?t McDonald?s?! Why isn?t their ice cream machine working?. Defeatedand demoralized, we watched as one of the Sonic workers helplessly mopped outside and waited for what seemed like eternity forfour measly grilled cheeses. In the end, I reluctantly bit into my mediocre grilled cheese as my mouth screamed for the covetedSonic Blast and my heart ached for a desirable fast food experience. I placed my order through the app at 11:20 and am still currently waiting at 12:10. There has been more that 15 cars come in and... leave because of the fact that no one is answering at the stalls nor the drive through.
