If I could rate this a zero, I would. I waited over an hour for my food and then it was cold and I didn?t get my sauces but I... wasn?t about to wait another hour. The food was good, but the service was not. In an empty parking lot it still took anyone a great deal of time to get to us. One... of the employees was clearly high (not weed) and they were just not all there. Read more
Sonic has gotten worse. First, half the spots weren't working. Second, there was ONE PERSON working there. The online ordering... was horrible, and the order didn't go through (even though it usually works) We were there for 45ish minutes. The woman workingthere was helpful, and she didn't know what was wrong. The food was good though. It's a shame what has happened to Sonic. Read more
Stopped here for a quick lunch. My daughter had a chicken sandwich and cheese fries, which she enjoyed. I had a cheeseburger and... onion rings. I admit, I couldn't eat the onion rings - the breading was too sweet. Other than that, everything was great and thecar hop was friendly! Enjoy???? Read more
Normally I love going to Sonic, the super sonic cheeseburger is easily in my top 2 fast food burgers. This rating is only for... one stop. Usually a 4 star experience. Stopped on the way to work, pulled in and pushed the button to order and for who knowswhy....sat there for 11 minutes and not a word from anyone. Cars in drive thru we're going through at a decent pace, they werebusy, but in 11 minutes, why can't a customer at least get told, hey we're busy , this may take a minute or anything??? Not goodbusiness, no matter how busy you are, customers should never be ignored. Read more
I rarely leave negative reviews but this place is special. Got to the drive through at 12:45 pm (sent my mom a text as we pulled... up). There was one car in front of us. It took 15 minutes to order. Our food came out 9 minutes later. 24 minutes total to getour food at a drive through. I ordered a double cheese burger. The woman repeated "Double Cheese Burger no mayo" perfectly. Theygave me a double BACON cheeseburger with a $1 up charge. They know you're not going to make a fuss after 24 minutes in line. Youjust want to get out of there. No staff. Waited 30-60 minutes 3 different times on 2 shakes. Feel so bad for the employees. No one is happy. I will not return... because I can?t afford to sit for that long with my car running. Management please do better. Update: After waiting over 30minutes, they wouldn?t even give us straws that actually worked to drink a milkshake. Wegot several items from your menu. We got 2 of your fried chicken sandwiches. I was hoping that the chicken was a little... thicker. Our drinks were fine as ordered. We then got 2 hand packet shakes which were very good. Wish you offered potato cakesor reg French fries other than tater tots. Over all the food & service were fairly good. Read more
