I'm A truck Driver, me and my girlfriend came by this store hoping to get a Smoothie but we smelled the spoiled fruit when we... walked in the door. 2 guys were in the back talking so we looked over the counter to observe the fruits and they were allspoiled. The bananas were black and mushed together the pineapples ???? were brown and dingy looking the strawberries ???? wereslimy looking. The counter was dirty and when the guys came from the back they didn't wash their Hands just started fixing aSmoothie for drive-thru. No Iwe didn't order anything just walked out. It's been a whole week still no check. Horrible management. Worked 4 month with one day off and this is how I am treated because... I quit for a better job for my family. This franchise is horrible on how they treat people. This store will never run correctlybecause of upper management. No GM will stay to get yelled at and mistreated. Read more

What's wrong with this store is the management. Worked here for 4 months only had one day off. Was yelled at by management for... taking one off day. Then when I quit they decided to not to give me my check. Horrible management this is why they can't keepGMs. Editing... Still have not received check and I am calling my lawyer. Literally complained about every smoothie I?ve purchased at this location. Figured the first couple of visits were one-offs, not... the case. Don?t even get me started on the staff. Save a trip, visit the Highlands location. Read more

This is my 3rd bad experience with this store , last time I placed an online order & couldn?t get it because all of the... employees quit . This time I placed another on line order & went through the drive thru to get it & it wasn?t ready 35 min afterthe order they tried to bring me someone else?s order & I asked about mine & the employee told me to not get an attitude. Iasked for a refund through the locked door & they told me to go through the drive through that was now 5 cars deep . I called &asked to cancel my order & they told me I had to do it through the app . The Indiana store is great , this store has the worstcustomer service & worst employees . Read more

We sat in line for 20 minutes before even getting to the window. One car in front of us. The only reason we waited so long is... because we couldn't drive around the car in front of us. We ended up leaving without our shakes. The people in front of us onlygot 2 shakes and there were at least 4 employees in the window. Read more

It's impossible to get an order placed or filled, even when they are open with no line. You can sit at the drive through and... they will still just ignore you. Sit at the menu and ask to place your order and if you're lucky someone responds within 5minutes but often they never do. Read more

Our family loves smoothie king. We used to go to the one in st Matthews but this one is much closer. We have spent $150.00 as a... family of 5 just this month going here despite the MANY ISSUES AND UNPROFESSIONALISM. The card machine NEVER WORKS, they closeBEFORE closing time. I never get my reward points because the scanner doesn?t work. They told me I can scan receipts on app butI can?t. They blast very inappropriate music, I?ve seen 2 cars drive off while waiting for smoothies because of this. There?s abunch of young boys who work there and are very rude and mumble everything. They always mess up on our order giving us smallersmoothies than what we paid for. They told my husband there card machine was broke again at 8:40 so he went to stockyard banknext door and went back and they told him they close now at 8:30 then all started laughing inside. They didn?t take our order.We were next door at canes chicken the next day and seen the young workers at the window without shirts on. These young boysneed to be fired or need some serious training and some type of management present ( I would hope none of them are managers theway they act) this location will not last long if it continues to be ran this way. We have dealt with this mess for far too longjust because we love the smoothies but enough is enough. They will no longer get our business. We spend FAR too much money thereto deal with this absolute ignorance. These workers are running this nice brand new establishment into the ground and it?s sad. Read more
