Went in the early afternoon and was told they were out of burgers....but they had chicken. Lol. No thanks.
Smashburger is awesome! They've even been open for business the last couple times.
Love the burgers here. The fries are good also.

Food was way overpriced comparing to the service was received. Was cold and out of seasoning. I did not want to have bacon and I... asked if I can substitute it with mushrooms? They wanted to charge me more. I was like, but the bacon I did not want cost moneyas well. They do not offer military discount just like the most of the restaurants on the terminal. Read more
Had their breakfast egg sandwich with tater tots. Not bad no picture because I ate it.
Service was slow ( Louisville Airport), Kiosk didn't print out receipt, causing the person behind me to add his order onto... mine. Bacon cheeseburger didn't have bacon, and drinks were not given with order. Just an all out bad experience for a firsttime Smashburger customer. Read more
