Good food, mediocre to poor service. I tried to call in a to go order when I left Jeffersonville, was put on hold for 10... minutes, then someone hung up on me. When I called back I was asked if I could wait on hold, and I replied that I could notsince I had already been on hold 10 minutes. I was put on hold two more times. 20 minutes after I left Jeffersonville I arrivedat the restaurant. No one was in line. I was told the manager was not on site. I wouldn?t bother writing a bad review but thistype of thing has happened before. My time is valuable - I don?t mind waiting my turn but this kind of service is ridiculous.Time to find a new Persian kabob restaurant. Read more

Our family has been coming here for 6+ years and we have yet to have a negative experience. Food is fresh, hot, and delish every... time. Always see the same friendly faces. Awesome atmosphere always with clean tables ready to go. The owner is so kind and sheis always there to say hello. She even remembers our ?regular? order! You?ll find her outside tending to everything way beforethey even open. Very customer driven. Been following Diante since he worked at Frankfort avenue location long ago. The food is always amazing but the two girls at the counter have the nastiest attitudes. I will patron other locations around... town just to avoid this one because they're such a pain to deal with. Sad that this is the original location and I have to giveit 1 star for service! Read more

If could give this place 0 stars i would. I was trying this place for the first time and i was really excited. I ordered take... out and the young lady had me pick up my food in the side alley which could have been normal procedure so i was ok with that.When i got home i opened my chicken wrap and i saw something slightly moving. I normally check my take out really good so izoomed in with my phone and it had antennas and lines on it!!! It was a BUG yall! I was disgusted and beyond upset. I calledthem but they had already closed so i called them again first thing in the morning and spoke to a manager who told me they wouldrefund me but its been over a month and still nothing. At this point its not even about the money. They need to be closed downby the health department before someone gets sick from lack of cleanliness and carelessness. DON'T EAT HERE. very sad that thiswas my experience here. Update to response: It indeed was your food! In holiday manor across the lot from Kroger same plaza asLiege & Dairy. i also ordered salmon kabobs with rice. I also spoke with one of YOUR managers. The owner helped with suggestions and she did not disappoint!! It was the best Mediterranean food, absolutely delicious. I had... the chicken kabob and hummus. The hummus tasted like top notch quality food with perfect seasoning. The chicken was juicy andtender. We also loved the fries and Mayo sauce.
