Always a wonderful experience no matter the location. Great for large groups or even small gatherings. Not too loud. Clean,... quick service. We love the salads- good mixed greens with plenty of veggies. Ranch so good you could literally drink it! Ipersonally love the boneless sweet Thai chili wings! We have been going here for years and always been a fan. We supported regularly throughout Covid. We have always liked going... here about once a week and especially when nice outside because of outside eating area. Last three times including thisbeautiful day of 9/24/22 (just myself and my husband party of 2) was told by kid at the register that they were not allowingmore people to be seated outside as it was "to busy". After telling him that we had been told this last three times comingthere he sent some girl to ask again about seating, and again was told no. I have attached pictures to show you what theoutdoor eating area looked like at the exact time. Such bull!! Last time there was even less than the 9 people that were therethis time. We will not return to Roosters as we feel we have been let know more than once with no apologizes from the staff butwith plenty of attitude that they do not want or need mine or my extended families business. Have been coming to this location for years but service has definitely gone down. Hostess wiped down table and left a ton of... food crumbs from the previous party, so our waiter helped us wipe it down. Didn?t receive dumpster sauce with the dumpsterwedges, didn?t receive extra sauce when ordering wings extra wet, received drinks slowly, kids didn?t receive straws with theirdrinks for well over 5 min. We have never had any issues with Roosters. The place is always clean, service has always been good and the food has always been... what we ordered. We have been coming here for as long as this restaurant has been open and it's always been nice. Read more
This is my favorite restaurant. Went in there by myself after having a long day, was feeling down but the manger came over to me... and chatted with me. He was so kind, it was so nice to feel seen. I love the restaurant because of the food and atmosphere butnow I love it even more because the workers there actually care and show compassion to their customers. Read more
Pretty decent food. The staff seems to change up a lot, and they're maybe a little short-staffed
This place is great! Upon arrival, quick friendly professional service. Ample parking abd great location easy major streets... access and close to highways. The menu is your bar menu but ample options and good portion size makes it a great valuerestaurant with freshly cooked food. Plenty of tvs showing sports and many seating options inside outside booth high tableregular etc. Clean place and fresh atmosphere. I'll be here often. Read more
Very fast and good food. I have been here many times for lunch. Sometimes it takes a while but today was quick and I appreciate ... it. My server was awesome and on top of things. I I wish I would have remembered her name. She deserves recognition. Read more
