My favorite BBQ joint in Louisville! It's very conveniently located off I-71 and Zorn Ave. I usually order a combination plate... of some sort because I just can't decide. It's been about 6 months since my last visit. The consistency is spot on. If youavoid gluten, even for Celiac, just let the cashier know and you'll be fine. This visit I tried pulled pork, brisket, and arib. The flavors are all different and all very tasty. I've had the tacos and pulled chicken as well. The BBQ Beans are smoothand creamy with bits of smoked meat. The Potato Salad is delicious. Big potato chunks with balanced dressing -- not too muchmayonnaise, not too vinegary, and just the right amount of crunch. Read more

Excellent BBQ brisket sandwich. Moist and good smoky flavor. The BBQ sauce has a good flavor and has onions which not common.... Friendly folks. No inside seating. They have a few outside tables though. Price was $13 for a large sandwich which I thought wasa bit on the high side (-1 star) Read more
Really nice BBQ restaurant. Just had a walk by because of curiosity of the front display of equipment and the smell from the BBQ... got me hooked. I ordered the BBQ beans and the large rib plate. It was tender and full of flavor. Beans had brisket meat in it;I think also great choice. Best thing was how the sauce was awesome, great flavor. I should have purchased a bottle to takehome. From Cleveland Ohio visiting and I been in Gatlinburg Tennessee for BBQ at Bennett?s but this here place in Louisville tome is in the lead. The only thing I would critic is the sauce is thin, runs off the rib. Awesome flavor but if you thicken it abit, it be double awesome. Trying to figure what?s in it for my home use.
