Reviews for Red Lobster in Louisville, KY
My family and I visited the outer loop red lobster on 09/14/2022 at 8:00pm. We were a family of 3 and were seated immediately ... with no issue. Our server Paige was VERY kind, In fact she’s was one of the best servers I have ever had anywhere. My husbandand I ordered our food at 8:05 . The table behind us was sat after we ordered our food. The table behind us was given OUR foodby another server, not Paige. Paige realized the server made a mistake and let us know what happened. She let us know a managerwould be out shortly to speak with us. At this point, it is now 8:55 with NO food in sight. Paige assured me a manager wouldbe out. Our food was served at 9:00pm but with no manager to be found. Paige told us that she attempted to get the manager onseveral occasions and was embarrassed that he had not been out yet. Paige did her best to offer us a free desert ( I amdiabetic) . We declined. I asked her to please let the manager know that we wanted to speak with him ( Eric Mayes GM) becausewe did not feel like a “free dessert” was going to cut it with the long wait and no manager visit. Paige came back severalminutes later and informed us that the manager did not want to come to the table and that he was busy “ taking out trash”.Is this for real? This man RUNS a restaurant? I am deeply ashamed that the Louisville community has to depend on this GM fortheir seafood services. At NO point did I expect my entire check to be comped. I did expect a manager visit, unprompted. Sadly,I couldn’t even get a managers visit when prompted. I find this very shady. Paige did everything she could, but sadly the GMEric couldn’t care less about the guest in the dining room. One simple managers visit could have fixed this entire night.I am deeply embarrassed for the Louisville community, this restaurant needs to do better. Several attempts to speak with ANYONE incharge were made. I don’t know how this place is still running under this management. Let ME Reiterate that Read more
Always great place to dine in.... the best taste food ever.
We dined at this Red Lobster for our anniversary dinner and we had a wonderful time and dinner. I had a NY Strip steak with a... baked potato & broccoli and my wife had a shrimp dinner. They were both very good and probably wouldn't have been any betteranywhere else. We had considered a "fancy" restaurant that would have costs us triple the money and we are glad we decided onRed Lobster. Our server Kelsay was fantastic and the manager Shelia was very nice and helpful to us! We would definitely dine atthis Red Lobster again. Thank you for a nice evening! ???? Read more
I enjoy this red lobster location. Always good servers and food. I love the Cajun pasta personally.
My girlfriend and I absolutely love Red Lobster. That being said, whenever we are in the mood for seafood and buttery biscuits,... we come here. Whenever we come here, we always order the ultimate feast but we decided to try the bacon-wrapped sea scallopsand those were absolutely delicious (as seen in the pictures). This is the only Red Lobster that we visit. It’s always veryclean and the wait time hasn't been an issue for us. All of our experiences have been positive, the food is always delicious. Irecommend going to this one if you haven’t already. Read more

The seafood was amazing to start with. If you have no dietary restrictions, definitely eat here. Although the national chain... has gluten-free and allergy-friendly protocols, maybe the training isn't reaching the staff involved with the food. I worked inHospitality for over 15 years. Red Lobster is a reliable chain. I made it perfectly clear that I could not have gluten. I askedmy server if there was an "allergy" or "gluten" button on the register like Olive Garden has. My server said she was new andhad never taken a gluten-free order and checked with her manager. She came back with a giant binder listing allergy ingredients.I said no problem. I'd use Red Lobster's website with the allergen selector to find out what was gluten free. Rice was notlisted. I did not order rice because it was not listed. I did not know they even offered rice, a naturally gluten-free food ifit is plain. I substituted grilled shrimp for the breaded shrimp on my platter. It came in a bed of rice. I did not order rice, right ;) , but after all the explanation about NO GLUTEN and having to send back my salad, I trusted that my order would NOTCONTAIN GLUTEN. After I finished my incredibly tasty seafood meal, I noticed a piece of orzo (pasta that looks like rice) on myplate. I am absolutely heartbroken thinking how sick I will be once the wheat-laden "rice" gets to my small intestines. After Ipaid, I asked our server to go check with the kitchen to be sure there wasn't any pasta mixed in with the rice (that I didn'torder and appeared on my special-request/substitution plate). She came back and said, "Nope! It's just plain rice!" Whichclearly it was not. I checked the online resource when I got home. The rice contains gluten and wheat. After paying $125 for acelebratory dinner for 2, I get to look forward to missing 4 or 5 days of work because the staff didn't pay attention to thecustomer's order. I've eaten at several other Red Lobsters in Louisville, Tennessee and Florida. N Read more
