This is the slowest ?fast food? I?ve ever been to. Never fails. Don?t come unless you?re prepared to wait at least 45 minutes. Service for the customer who uses food service apps like DoorDash, Grubhub, and UberEate's, to get Rally's food delivered, are... treated less important compared to the regular drive through line. I advised the manager at this Rally's Broadway Louisville KYlocation, that he is hurting his customers who ordered her food on the app. I told the manager that the Rally's on 10th streetJeffersonville Indiana was doing the same practice. The person at that location told the reason was they have 2 minutes to moveto the next customer. Hum, so what is the difference between a non app food delivery customer vs a customer who gets their ownfood. The answer is nothing. Service was fine the people seemed friendly enough. The chili dogs were awesome but the loaded fries it seems like they forgot... to load them. I eat at ralleys often and this is my first not so great order. I can not say anything bad about them over onesimple mistake. Keep up the good work Ralleys yall rock! Read more

We pulled up close to 3 and asked if they were open for walk up. They said yes. It took 15 minutes before they took the order.... Then got extremely rude when asked about the food we ordered. They were eating ice cream while we waited 30 minutes. Read more
Awful! 40 minute wait with two cars in front of me. Asked three times what I ordered and still screwed it up. Gave me naked... plain boneless wings. Then when I asked for barbecue, they gave me 3 packets. Horrible! Then I open my fish sandwich and it?sall grease! Read more
