I pulled up and and thought they were closed due to it being so dark and no cars. I place my order get home the tenders and... fries looked like they had been fried over 3 times. I took the food back, the employees did not know how to refund money back tomy card which took up a tremendous amount of my time. I will never spend money at this location ever. The general manager needsto review them cameras on 11/12/22 at approximately 9:30pm to see their staff doing literally nothing. This is just me puttingit nicely. I used to go here regularly. Now don't go here unless you're prepared to wait an hour for fast food. And don't bother using the... pre-order pickup window. They take just as long. Plus the app is bugged and charges full price for 'deals'. Read more

It was a Saturday night and Finn just had to have Rally fries there were 4 cars ahead of us and only 2 people working but the... orders were coming out QUICK we waited 10 minutes. Service was super polite and very good. And it was 90 degrees at 9 p.m!ThisRallies and the employees are a model of what the rest of the fast food places should be doing. Long lines, they need to open the second drive thru lane again. Went at about 9:30 in the evening and was told that they were... only taking EXACT CHANGE! Card reader was down and they were only able t I so EXACT CHANGE! guess what, I had EXACT CHANGE. Fortwo cheeseburgers, LG fry and two drinks my total was $14.58. They were working hard and had great attitudes. Ordered $40 worth of food, half of it special order and it was all correct and... it was all delicious.
