Rude people didnt get my order right. When i asked very polite at the window to pay to get just a fry added she straight up... refused and said u should have told me back there i said i did.. she said i didnt gave my meal and said next... it wasnt crazybusy either. First we pulled into the second lane told us we weren't in the right one he said there was a sign which was on the other side!... Then we get Tinton the other line which is like 18cars Long and then they said that line was open! Ok it's gets worse we sat online 45 mins just to get our food cold and soggy the cheese burger had a hole in it and it was cold and horrible tasting thechicken was soggy and mushy the fry were hard and the hunkyustard old, clumpy, and jelly. I use to be a big fan of Rally's but that's a thing of the past now. The food was ok at best but that wasn't the real issue.... First thing, I got my drink. Ordered a Pepsi but it tasted like diet. Told the employe and he assured me it was correct. Told mehe poured it himself so I just dropped the issue. We get our food and pull off to someplace to eat. My wife tastes her drink andinforms me that it tastes like soap. We were both frustrated at this point so I went to pour my drink out. That's when bad gotworse. In the bottom of the cup we're several bugs. They seemed to be gnats or something. There was even one stuck to the lid.It was all I could do at this point to keep from throwing up. We didn't chance the food. We just tossed it. I don't think I'llever have the stomach to try another Rally's again!! Read more
Waited in line for 30 minutes to reach the order speaker only for them to tell me I was in the ?pickup/delivery? line. Wasn?t... marked. Wasn?t advertised. Waste of time for food that is already subpar. Great job! As if Rally?s wasn?t my last optionalready. Horrible experience. Go literally anywhere else! This place is a disorganized poorly run POS. Very slow service I got a Rally Burger with cheese Combo Medium, came to $740 Very slow, they gave me a single cold bun harpy... nothing on it Fry not real hot, I call the store and ask for a manager, this said he was the manager name Charles, and told Gilwhat happened, he he will give me another one when I stop by, I?m a senior and don?t come out much and felt you weren?t payingattention and , use to stop by all the time but can?t anymore. , please do right for everyone. Long line rude service but that's what u expect from rallys fries were delicious asked four no tomato they put extra but receipt... even said no tomato so it was heard and acknowledged. Spent like 12.77 that's to much to spend for my food to be wrong andsloppy. Read more
Pleasantly surprised. This place was busy as they can be. It was 6pm on Sunday, yet the line moved somewhat quickly and the... value was great. Meals at $7 to $10 pp. Great flavor and currently they nailed it with a B1G1 offer on their big Buford. I willbe a regular here. Read more
