Horrible customer service!!! I went in today to get a seasonal drink. I asked the barista (with curly hair) a question about the... drink and I was met with so much anger and attitude. I was confused as to why she told me the drink was a steamer when it wasclearly written as a latte on the menu. She angrily told me to add an espresso shot if I wanted any coffee. The menu needs to bechanged to steamer instead of latte if you?re asking customers to pay for the ?extra shot?. Read more
