I don?t even want to give this place 1 star? me and my husband just left, still hungry because our bowls weren?t even a quarter... of the way filled even after spending $30 just on two steak bowls and 2 large drinks. The steak was dry and chewy. They werevery busy with online orders. But I still asked for more protein in my bowl. Even though I barely got any queso, they were outof a lot of ingredients. I love Qboda but this establishment is crazy. I think two of the employees were new. I heard a doordasher who was waiting for their order for 30 mins say ?hey all I got was a burrito and it?s right there!? The employee said. ?Igot told to just stand here at the register.? I had to ask three times for my receipt before just grabbing it from the printerand she walks away. Read more
I have never and I do mean never gone to a Qdoba and seen such mess. I floors were filthy dirty except the walkway to order and... they were open to sit and dine. I walked up to order and there were so many flies around the menus and the windows were you seethe food you're going to order was just nasty. Needless to say, yes I walked right back out. I ordered online for pick up @ 12:57 and it was ready before 1:07 which is great but my entire meal is cold. The chicken and... rice is not supposed to be cold like this. They also don't give you chips with your bowls anymore and there is no options toorder just chips online so i had to buy chips & dip only to want the chips. The chips are stale and chewy too. The texture isweird. Definitely not a good experience. Read more
Went here for dinner on 8/3/22 7pm. Lunch time here is really good. Dinner time... They ran out of so many items and the food... area was filthy with extra food that fell off of other orders. In addition the girl adding the other items, after rice/beans,protein, was rude. Eye roles because she had to get a scoop for the guacamole, disgusted look and cutting customers off whenthey are talking is a no go. I suggest you go at lunch only. Read more
I love Qdoba, but this location (6814 Dixie Highway Louisville, KY 40258) is horrible. Poorly managed, and always out food. Last... night arrived between 8 and 830 pm to order food. I counted a total of at least 6 employees working when i arrived. They wereout of steak, shrimp, fajita veggies, and chicken. This location doesn't close until 10 so why wouldn't they make more foodinstead of telling people they are out. I didn't see a manage working last night and it showed. There were employees sittingaround passing time. Do better or fire the current manager. He/she does not know what they are doing. Read more
The kid making my order had no idea how to make it. All he had to do was read the instructions in front of him on what went in... it. He acted like he could care less about doing my order. And then when I went to cash out he told me the only change they hadwas pennies. And asked me did I want 39 pennies and I told him no just keep it. Every ingredient carried flavors that perfectly combine making the entire nacho combo hardy and delicious. Nothing bland about... this. Service was quick and pleasant. Was in and out in no time at all. Love all the options to pick from veggies, two types ofrice, two melted cheeses and shredded, guacamole always tastes fresh. Read more
First off it took 6 minutes before my order was taken (But I was patient) the young girl at the counter didn't say one moment,... someone will be with you. I placed my order, the young girl was at the cash register she should have been paying attention towhat was being said. She charges me for my meal. I asked for chips then she proceeded to tell me my order doesn't get chip. Itold her again what I purchased she then gives me my chips. She doesn't apologize she didn't roll the chip bag either. I feltsome type of way so I came back in the store spoke to the manager. The young GIRL starts to say I'm having a bad day. (Themanager told her to be quiet She continue to kept talking anyway) I had a heart attack and a stroke I am recovering from herre-actions spoke volumes to me. Employers allowing Employees to say their actions were due to them have bad day and expectpeople to know what's going on. When you come through the work doors whatever is going on with you should been left outside thedoor. If they disrespect a customer we should understand.
