Did a takeout order, which is always a bad idea. 15-30 mins past your pickup time every time I?ve been this year. So I expect... it. What I didn?t expect was 10+ people waiting on door dash and other pick up orders past their pickup time. Instead of tryingto clear the lobby they continued to let people get in line and order food. If pick up orders need to get in line just to gettheir food there needs to be direction to do that. Feel bad for the kids working behind the counter dealing with angry customersbecause of poor leadership. Didn?t even feel like walking back inside to let them know they forgot one of my quesadillas on mypick up order. 0 stars. Read more
Extremely pricey for the quality of food. The steak was over cooked and tough to chew, the tortilla bowl was burnt and the chips... were stale. Quaeso was good tho. Read more
Terribly dissapointed My first visit to Qdoba ever. Service was fast and the amount of food in the bowl was satisfactory but the... food was horrible It has absolutely no flavor whatsoever except for the pickled onion and jalapeños I added . Nothing southof the border about it, just cold flavorless and BLAH I won?t be back and would love a refund ???????? Read more
My first experience eating here was disappointing. The girls at the front had the worst customer service. They seemed like they... were mad at each other and simply just didn?t want to be there, of course no one wants to be at work but they weren?t eventrying. I wanted to walk out the entire time all three of them were finishing my order because of the vibes I was getting. Ididn?t even ask for much and had a simple order. If a work environment is this toxic to make not only one but all of the peopleat the front so unhappy then something is going on. My food was unfortunately cold, my chips were so stale I could not even chewthem and there were flies in the food containers at the front. It was not worth the price :( Read more
The food is okay, but the service is trash. Everyone there looks like they hate their job and they wish you wouldn't have... walked in. I seem to think that QDOBA doesn't have a very strict cleaning policy either. I've been to several that just looklike they only clean the lobby once a day. Always random napkins, water, and food on the floor. Maybe it's just always theworst time when I walk in. You have to really scour for a table that isn't filthy most of the time. 7/13/22 - The food overall was pretty good. It seems like they've changed a few things since the last time I visited. The steak... had hardly any flavor and my wife said the same about the chicken. The queso was way different than previous and the chipstasted a bit off. Not the same quality I'm used to from Qdoba. Also, there are no longer straws available. The design and shapeof the lid is awful, I ended up taking it off so I could drink my soda. Was 4 stars, now I've knocked it down to three. I'll beback, hopefully today was just a fluke with the food. The service was pretty quick and the employees were pleasant. Read more
The food was good and the service was good. The issue was how disgusting the restaurant itself was. Tables had food and spilled... soda on them. Same w the seats. The restrooms were absolutely destroyed. Not sure I would return to this location. Read more
