Extremely unprofessional worker. I asked a simple question, to make sure they had a customer?s order. He said I?m not looking at... all these tickets looking for 1 customer. There was at least a dozen tickets with 2 customers sitting and 1 in line. Not surewhy can?t make orders faster. You wonder what are they doing instead of working. If u don?t want to make great food to make pplhappy then find a job that u don?t deal with public. He still running his mouth, while I?m sitting here waiting on a cust orderthat placed it over 10 mins ago. I will never come to this place too eat. The absolute best Qdoba in Louisville. Always friendly and made right and always clean. I will be going out of my way to come to... this location every time. The manager, Andre, sets a great example for his staff and they are a great team. Keep up the greatwork! Read more

I will never return to this place. The woman serving customers today rolled her eyes at me for nothing more than not saying what... kind of chicken I wanted in the 2 bowls I was ordering fast enough for her apparently. I'll say there was NOBODY in after me. Ifthey were busy w/ a big line behind me I might have understood a little, but there was not! Walk out an I will spend my moneyelsewhere. There is no excuse for her attitude and terrible customer service!!! Not to mention this same lady is in pictureswith multiple other bad reviews at this location. Just because it is hard to find people who want to work now days should notmean they keep & hold employees accountable for bad behavior when it comes to your customers. Read more

I have waited 5-6 months for it to improve, but it's gotten worse. I can never sit down here and eat - they always have... tables/chairs flipped. Out of ingredients/toppings only because they don't make it/refill it . Starting last weekend and thisentire week they have locked doors during reg business hours, forcing customers to ONLY order online - then make you waitoutside and knock for pickup. Do not order online - your burrito will have rice, beans, meat and NOTHING else you included inorder - and you won't know it until you get home. Service is excessively slow - takes 3-4 times longer than it should.. Insteadof correcting issues (dirty dining area, bad/rude employees, un-prepped/unavailable ingredients) they instead lock doors, turnaway customers, close early,. There is no warning online or even a sign outside for customers who drive there that they lockeddoors/online orders ONLY, or that they decided to close 2 hours early - meaning they stopped prepping food 2 hours beforeclosing so many items can't be ordered. People generally dine-in because they want to eat their food while it's HOT, or sit downwith others. I can no longer use this location - and only kept trying because it's the closest one to me. At the rate they arerejecting customers, it will likely close soon or decline further - which sucks, because it is a convenient location for manyneighborhoods and (used to have) tons of customers. This location is very poorly managed. If it were a staffing issue, then themanagement has had a very very long time to correct it, but hasn't. It would be better for this location to close and reopenunder new management. Until then, will try other locations. Read more

Antwan and Ms. D are some of the best employees and managers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They take care of you and... have such a vibrant personality that makes getting food a special occasion. This is by far the best qdoba I have ever been toand I look forward to visiting each and every time. Please reward these two employees, they are special. Read more

Entire dining area was filthy. No clean tables, the screen on the drink machine was disgusting? there was definitely something... off about the food. The rice was hard and undercooked. Staff seemed like they did not care in the slightest. I got my food andsat down at the cleanest table I could find and watched the staff do absolutely nothing. One guy was even sitting down on hisphone. He might have been on break but at the very least he should sit elsewhere. It?s a pretty bad look to see staff sittingdown when the store looks like a tornado ripped through it. Won?t be returning to this location. Read more

I?ve eaten three times at this location. Whether it?s the food, drinks or seating they?re always missing something. The food is... never that good and is made sloppy. Expect long lines due to slow service. Tables and chairs are always flipped over. Read more

Don't waste your money you pay almost $10.00 for an empty bowl, cold food and the person at the register doesn't even know the... name of the meat. If you want the value for your money go to Chipotle Read more
