Popeye's on Dixie just got new owners soon as it gets cleaned up cuz it's pretty greasy dirty , the food is very delicious and I... had a lady that was excellent customer service. Third time is a charm because I walked out two times before that!!!! Read more

Incredibly rude manager, angrily saying ?we ain?t got that? , ?we ain?t got that neither? referring to mac&cheese and Cajun... rice. Paid $32 for 2 combo meals plus a child?s meal. My husbands chicken was tiny. No possible way it could be considered ameal. Lobby dirty. 3/4 of the fountain machine was not working. Workers cussing and hollering in the back. Big time will not beback here. Gross. Read more

Worst location in Louisville. Waited 30 mins in line. Pulled up to the speaker was asked to wait again. I see two women come out... the back playing around in the shed. Finally after 5 more mins at the speaker I say ?hello?. I?m told to wait again. After Iorder my food, the girl on the speaker says it?ll be a wait for my chicken unless I want all breast. I say I?ve been waiting40mins in line how long is the wait. She says ?6mins?. I say that?s fine. Once I pay for my food I?m asked to pull up andthey?ll bring it out. 10 more mins go past, still no food. Now at 50 mins. I go in the store and ask are they bagging my food.The girl says no. At that point I asked for my money back. She gets the manager who (to my surprise) was one of the 2 women whowere playing in the shed while the line was wrapped around the building. All this and NOT ONCE did anyone apologize for the waitor the experience. I will be calling corporate. This place needs a complete re-haul and retraining of their associates andmanagement. I will never go back again and tell everyone I know to never deal with them. Unacceptable Read more

Since my last review, a lot has changed. The staff has changed and are very helpful! Not only that, it seems the whole... atmosphere has changed! I saw employees that cared about customer service. The food was hot and it came up quickly. Thank youfor caring!! Read more

There was another review stating that the crew weren't wearing gloves and I'd like to second that. No one except for the... employee at the fryer. There was a girl prepping food, no gloves. The employee getting the sides together, no gloves. Theemployee (maybe the shift lead?) who was getting the chicken together, no gloves. Some other employee was going around andoffering gum to the gloveless employees and they popped it in their mouth right on the line and didn't wash their hands. Not tomention, the drink machine has a layer of dust on the vent, the floors needed swept, and the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned. Thisstore doesn't care enough and audibly complained about going home. Two girls went outside and gave each other piggy back rideswhen the drive thru was busy. Read more
