We ordered online so we wouldn?t have to wait. We get there and they have us pull up. We wait forever. Get our food they are... rude af. Everything is cold and we are missing all the sauces we paid for. We walk into the restaurant to get our sauce we takeour bag back and leave. I love Popeyes, but if you thru the drive thru make sure you check your order before you leave. The girl that works the window... never checks anything. The last time I went I didn't check my order and I got home and was missing a 8 piece chicken tender. Howcan something that big be forgotten, should not have happened. But there chicken is the best. Tried to order through Uber eats my delivery person said that they couldn't see the order. Tried to call Popeyes kept sending me... to automated voice message didn't resolve my problem. Bottom line is someone couldn't figure out how to accept the order. Read more
I arrived at 845 pm says they don't close until ten or eleven either way it was way before closing time. I seen this inside but... I'm a Caucasian male and I was told they are closed and I have to wait for my door dash in a 20 plus minute wait in the drivethrough gas is to expensive for me to do this everywhere for 20 minutes at a time I'll never make money except my gas moneyback. They just decide to close when they feel like it. It's not my fault that they're understaffed and they want to close earlybecause they feel like it that's not my problem I have a job to do my job is to deliver food and if I can't get this food in atimely manner then I can't make money so this is my job too but I'm forced to wait in the Drive-Thru while these others areallowed to go inside in order hundreds of dollars and food came out with four bags of food but I'm a Caucasian man and I'm notallowed in I think I'll be looking into this further and talking to someone higher up Read more
There's no reason why any customer in a drive-thru line at Popeyes should wait 30 minutes for an order made through the app!... Then wait an additional 5-10 minutes for your order to be brought to the window, during which you're told that the butterflyshrimp you ordered with your dinner isn't available, but they can give you popcorn shrimp. And then you discover, contrary towhat is on the expeditor ticket, there are neither any fries or BBQ sauce. I could see at least 4 individuals through thedrive-thru window, but I'm not certain what any of them were doing. You might want to pass on this location. Read more
