I ordered online to speed up the process since I only had at most 30 minutes and it was Friday lunchtime before a 3 day weekend.... I arrived at the store approximately 15 minutes after placing my online order and according to that about 5 minutes before myorder should be ready. 45 minutes later I got my order! To give the employees credit where deserved, there were only 2 guysthere working and they never stopped the entire time I was in there. Having said that, there should be no reason whatsoever towait just under an hour for 1 12inch sandwich, 3 snack size sandwiches, and 1 small fry!! Read more

One of the worst locations we have eaten at, unfortunately. Not only was the wait way longer than needed for the amount of... customers there, but our food was horrible! The put wrong ingredients that made it impossible for me, and my husband, to eat.Definitely wasted a lot of money on this visit and will probably not be returning. Read more

I was just served Racism, was told White People are NOT WELCOME at this Location. Time: 5:30pm Date: 4/14/2022 Location:... Woodlawn Ave I am White and so is my Girlfriend.. We entered the store and were meet with a foul smell, after inquiring as tothe smell..We attempted to place our order with a very Rude and Racist African-American Female Crew Member..(3 Employeesworking, 1 male White, 1 female and 1 male African-American). African-American Female Crew Member would not look at Us whileordering, I asked for a Sweet tea and the Female Employee said Lemon-Aid?...I said no Sweet tea unless you "the Employee" knewhow to make an Arnold Palmer (half Lemonade/half Sweet tea) and the Female Employee asked me if I was "Being-Smart" with her? Ireplied No. We ordered 2 sandwiches 1 Large fry and 2 small drinks with a Total Cost of $40.00? My Girlfriend asked theAfrican-American Female Crew Member to please "Repeat the order"? making sure the Order was correct.. The Female Employeeingored her and looked away..my Girlfriend had to ask 3 more times to Please Repeat the Order for the Employee to listen to herand The Female Employee replied with an Attitude "What don't you remember what you ordered?".. So my Girlfriend tells theFemale Employee to "Watch her mouth" and we were told "Well you can just leave then" at which point we left, while all the wayto the Exit the Female and Male African-American Employees were Cussing and Threating us and the Male Employee had to physicallyrestrain the Violent and Aggressive Female Crew Member by Locking the Door.. This is how this Location treats 2 paying WhiteCustomers..! Read more

The staff was nice. There were two young men there; one took my order and one cooked and prepared my order. Outside of the... service. The restaurant was dirty. My visit was 3/7 around 3pm ET. The garbage was full, floors not mopped, tables dirty, drinkstation nasty. I feel bad because the two young men there look very sweet but overworked! There were also fries everywhere, there were trays of fries laying on multiple flat pans as if they had a big rush and just needed extra fries prepared and readyjust in case they needed to drop them quickly. I worked in fast food so I understand this but I do not think it?s a sage or goodpractice. Due to this my fries tasted greasy and a tad bit soggy, my sandwiches were loaded and greasy as well. Again notblaming the men, they seemed like they had a hard day! Lastly, when I bought the food home to my husband he asked if I went toPenn Station near Woodlawn/ 3rd street. I told him yes and he instructed me not to go back to this location because he said it?salways dirty when he goes. Therefore, this means that this store is consistently not clean. Please do better! Thanks. Read more

UPDATE: I spoke with the owner. He was very apologetic and working to resolve this situation. I?m updating the score to reflect... this. We placed an order of several sandwiches and fries for our family of 8. When my daughter got there to pick it up it hadmistakingly been given to door dash. Mistakes happen, no big deal. The employees had to contact the manager, they couldn?t justremake or refund on their own. Instead of correcting the situation the manager accused my daughter of sending some one else into pick up the order and then try to get more food for free. They refused to remake or refund the money. I tried calling but noanswer. I drove there myself to speak with the manager who doubled down on the theft and told me that my only recourse was tocontact corporate but that she had already spoken to them and they also believed we were scamming them. She put me on the phonewith the owner who agreed with her. Our order was $81 and they?re refusing to refund it. Now penn station has stolen our moneyand accused us of stealing from them. Additionally, their manager has so little directed for her employees that she refused tocall me and instead made her employees a go between until the man finally gave up and handed me his phone. The employees weregreat. Manager Katie was rude. Read more
