Went into this restaurant today for for dinner at 4:30pm? I was concerned at how dirty it was compared to other Penn stations... but decided to order anyway for me and my gf. Upon ordering I was told they don?t make my sandwich a lot which I thought wasweird. The restaurant was dark and dirty and the staff has no idea what they are doing. Waiting for 15 mins for our food my GFsaw the staff that was making our food taking out the garbage and cleaning and then going back to make our food And did not washhands!!!! I went to the register and requested my money back and said I don?t want the food anymore, they gave me my money back.Absolutely disgusting staff and restaurant, avoid at all cost if you value your health and money, this place is a joke. Came into this establishment tonight and where do I begin. Noone has a clue as to what they are doing. No manager to help, only... a team lead who never came to the phone. Employees arguing, not making sandwiches right, all customers were upset. Waited over30 mins for two subs. The guy working was absolutely awful all around, girl working was not and was frustrated with him. Stayaway from this store. The sandwiches were hard and bread awful. The french fries tasted like sugar on them. Definitely has gonedownhill from past years and need a serious overhaul of employees and management. No customer service from anyone just badattitudes from employees who clearly hate their job or working. Just uncomfortable experience and will never go back. This place is definitely sup par. The food is not good and the staff have no clues what they are doing. The young girl that... works here has no respect for the management. The management also has no respect for the workers. When Travis and destiny werethere it was much better. They are way over priced for what you have to deal with to get a sub. They also can?t keep peopleemployed here because of the way they treat the staff. I would not be surprised if this place went out of business soon. Read more

Hardley any meat on this sandwich. This was made very bad and way overpriced at 17 dollars.

Never seen a Penn Station employee work with more efficiency and pace than Destiny. My goodness, she deserves high praise and a... raise for handling lunch rush essentially on her own! Crazy to watch, made me tired myself. Read more

Stoped in here for lunch. Location was Understaffed like all restaurants right now. Destiny made the experience a good one... working quickly and efficient. Also great customer service.
