I would not recommend ordering pizza from here. I ordered pizza they delivered via DoorDash DoorDash stole my pizza. They said... they would give me a refund however they could not give me any sort of confirmation about me getting my refund they just said 1to 2 days the lady on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me twice when all that I was asking for it was a confirmationcode of some kind. We ordered lunch for the office for a coworkers birthday. We were missing a pizza. When I called, I asked if they would deliver... it since we had already sent someone once. I was told there wasn't a driver. However, when I went back, there was an employeecarrying a car sign into the building. Then, I waited 10 minutes to be waited on. I placed an additional order because all ofthe pizza was either going to be gone or cold by the time I got back. The other pizza continued to sit on the cooling rack andit was getting cold. It was at least another 10 minutes before he started making my pizza. I placed my initial order at 12:45and I didn't sit down to eat until 2:45. We ordered around 6:40pm. Almost 2 hours later, no food. The website said 26-36 min wait time. Called an The guy working did NOT... care not help me at all. When our food FINALLY arrived; it was cold, the box was so greasy it could have fell apart, the pizzawas CAKED with toppings to the point it fell apart, the chicken wings were chewy like they wasn?t done. Just mild inconveniences sent the complaint in and got a refund immediately. Ordered a 10pc breadstick with nacho cheese.... Recieved 6 with marinara. Also ordered a side of banana peppers. Recieved 1 single banana pepper. Pizza is not cut all the waythrough. But aside from all that the food is hot and tasty as expected. Thank you. Read more
Do NOT do NOT DO NOTTTT order from this store!! Make sure you heed the online the reviews because this place is a HOT MESS!!... Can?t even believe I had to give them 1 star. More like -32 out of 5 stars. They just send you what they want, they don?tfulfill your order, and they care nothing about making it right! They had some shady door dash driver (even though I didn?torder thru Door Dash) and her drunk friend riding shotgun holding the pizza bag sideways delivering the food and she literallyjust looked at me and said ?They out of all yo stuff you ordered.? And hands me one pizza box. LAWD HELP! The worst experience with this chain. We are literally across the street from the restaurant in a hotel. In town for an event... did not feel like going out so order pizza it was. Well now they use a call service, with people you can't understand. So we putin our order they said it would be 20 mins. Well after an hour I call to check on it. 15 mins on hold no one answers. So Idecided to just walk across the street. And see what's up they don't even have my order. So I suggested I'll just order itagain. He told me they can not take walk in orders. And he could not do anything about my missing order. I'm done with papajohns and will never order them again. This is not the first time iv had trouble either . Read more
