Ordered pizza and delivery driver left someone else's pizza along with mine. Tried to call and report it. Was on hold 35... minutes when I reached a person I was then told I needed to call another location. Called and was on hold for over an hour andnoone answered. Just kept playing the advertisement for Papa Johns, I had someone else call to say we wanted to order hoping toreach a person and the order center said they would patch me through to the location. The order center said if we gotdisconnected call again. After two hours trying to reach someone I gave up. Apparently Papa Johns does not care if people gettheir correct order or not. The girl working in the morning on 10/01/2022 was very rude. She also double charged me . I asked if there were any specials and... her answer was ?no? so I pulled my online menu up and said does your store have this special,? The answer was yes. You couldtell she was not happy to be at work on a Saturday or maybe that?sher normal personality I don?t know . What I do know is sheshould be in the back working where no customers are. I'm not that type of person to complain about their food but this is not ok. I called and told them about my pizza and the... general manager said she couldn't do anything about it because I was there an hour ago. I pretty much wasted $35 on bread. Ididn't notice my pizza barely had cheese on it till I got home so make sure you check your food before leaving because Peoplecan't be trusted anymore to prepare your food the right way Read more

Omg!!!!! So I tried to deliver here because I haven?t ordered from papa John?s in a long time. They were just lazy dude! I got... buffalo chicken lol they didn?t even put buffalo on the chicken. It was plain. And they just gave me some in the side. And. Itried to get delivery. But it said it would be 108 mins. So I asked if I could just come get it. So I came to just come get it.And she said she would take out the charge for the delivery. She lied! And this is the manager yall! So for a few days now Ihave 2 charges in my bank account. 2 different charges. One with the delivery one without. And so I called today.
