Ordered take out sausage pizza with half onions and when we got home it was all pepperoni with half onions. Called back to... complain and put on hold for over 20 minutes and hung up. This is second time. Last time we drove there and manager came up andwe showed him we were still on hold for 40 minutes. Order is rarely correct. Pizza is good but this is unacceptable. If I could give a lower rating I would. No one answered. The app said it had been delivered and it was not delivered. Couldn?t... get through on the phone. Finally someone showed up without anything Papa John?s on handed me my order with 2 other people inthe car with them. The order was very cold and it was the wrong order. This is the 2nd time this happened now so I went up tothe store .. I had to wave my hands for someone to finally acknowledge me. He is still arguing with us about a refund. Alsothe place inside is completely unsanitary. No gloves. Food was everywhere and they had unsanitary things on the counter. Doyourself a favor if you want Papa John?s and order from another location and go pick it up. Read more
Very very very poor service!! I would never recommend to order anything from here and I will never order again!!! I order 10 14... inch garlic parmesan bread sticks They charge me full price and they send me 5 1/2 And in that 2 out of 5 stick wasn?t even12 inch Driver took pic and talk to his manager but no reply from manager!! never delivered leftovers sticks or returned mymoney I ordered ones before veggie pizza and they sent me pepperoni pizza I have ordered twice and both of my was ruined Nevergoing back again And after one hour on phone holding manager finally came on call and she hang up my call before I could say mycomplaint I seriously never recommend any one to go there Read more
Wish i could give a lower rating than this. Ordered a pizza and cheese sticks and they only delivered the cheese sticks. Told... the driver it was wrong but she said i had to call the store. Called and was left on hold for THIRTY minutes. It would have beenlonger had i not just given up. Did not even have time to go up there because of my work schedule, so i guess they felt it wasjust appropriate to rob me of the money i paid for it. Read more
I?d give this location 0/5 stars if possible Manager Tim has the WORST customer service - hung up on me TWICE because he cannot... handle being wrong. The most rude manager I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Staff was super rude to begin with and nowafter speaking with their manager I can completely understand why. Told me he would give me a FREE credit on my account forsomething I PAID for and didn?t receive because they said I didn?t order it although it?s on the sticker on the box. Will neverorder from here again and truthfully don?t understand how this man Tim still has a job as the manager here. Read more

We called and placed an order for three pizzas, we were told a 35 min delivery time. About 45-60 mins passed and my husband... called to find out where our food was. . . the manager said it was her mistake, delivering to a hotel and didn't get our numberto call us. She made it right by voiding our sell and remaking the order. The pizza's were a cheese pizza, an extra cheesyalfredo pizza and an epic stuffed crust with pepperoni, mushrooms and peppers. The food was hot, prompt and delicious thesecond time around. However, I did give our hotel a head's up about the situation and the girl at the front desk walked thedelivery guy to our room! Eating dinner at 9 at night was not ideal with three kiddos hence the three star rating! Read more
Absolutely SUCKS! The Worst Papa John?s I?ve attempted to order from. Always late delivery my orders or cancel my order after 30... mins later with no reason given. Always closing early as well. Hopefully they closed permanently! Read more
