Person taking order had zero personality. Like a robot. Chicken and Tuna sandwiches were watery and had more stuff than chicken... or the Tuna. Place was not clean. Not dirty but food on the floor. McAllister's much better choice. Read more
The food is great at this location and the staff are very friendly. Service is fast and place is clean, including the rest... rooms. The coffee is good. I like all 3 they offer. They have a dark roast, a light roast, and a hazelnut. Read more

Went back here to see if the food had gotten any better than my last visit, it had not. The one nice thing about the restaurant... was the employee at the window where we placed our order. T I ordered 1/2 sandwich and salad and fruit. The fruit they gave mewas a whole apple . Really,? The salad lettuce was limp and mainly stem cuts. The 1/2 sandwich was ok but less ingredientsthan in the past. This used to be a women's lunch and visit site. After 2 tries lately, we will not be going back. Read more

They are out of diet Pepsi more often than not at both the Outer Loop and Southpointe locations. Half of the time they are out... of large cups, as well. That is the only drink Im interested in there. Every time I go to cancel my sip club subscription theyoffer me $3.33 a month and I end up staying but that will probably change. Overall, hasn?t been worth the effort to get to oneof their locations. I end up at CFA or somewhere else anyway. Read more
