If I could leave a 0 star I would. The lady at the window spoke no English at all, so had to keep getting another employee to... assist me. I asked for a receipt and the had ? just ran out of paper ?. Also was charged 24.85 when I was suppose go get abigmac for free and only had chicken nuggets and a happy meal. So how was my total that much. Also when I asked for extra sauceshe said ? 25 cents ? and when I said something about me never getting charged for extra she said ? well we work in a franchisebaby ?. My sons fries were stale and cold. Tried to call and talk to a manager twice and no answer. Going to try to call againin the morning. McDonald?s on poplar level has got to get it together or get new employees. Read more

my partner and I went to the McDonald's on poplar level road moments ago to get dinner the service there is extremely terrible... we waited a good hr before anyone took our order, as we waited for our food to come we watched as multiple customers sped out ofthe waiting line the food service was slow the workers there was busy on their phones. They didn't even have our order fullyput together we over heard someone attempting to make a order they was told that they were no longer taking food orders when wegot home our food was cold two of our drinks was nothing more than watered down as if water was mixed into our drinks we willnot be buying food from the one on poplar level. The McDonald's on Preston is a lot better great and fast service food hot whenyou get it. Read more

Terribly slow, people were driving off before even ordering. Placed our order and no one ever confirmed it at the mic so drove... around and took 10 min telling the person what we wanted (3 drinks). Terrible Read more

Overall not bad, the food is usually fine; occasionally the fries are undercooked. What prompted me to write this review today... is every other time I come here and pull into the first drive-thru lane, the cars in the second lane who pull in *after* me gettheir orders taken first despite me waiting for a few minutes before them even pulling up. Today, three cars in a row had theirorder taken before me even though I pulled up to the speaker minutes before them. I hate speaking up but I finally saidsomething to the speaker. I understand the two-lane drive-thru might be tricky and I always give them benefit of the doubt.However, it?s usually 1 of 2 or 3 of the same people who always take my order so I feel like they should know how to operate itby now? Lastly, I was charged for one (1) side of sauce? I find that stingy as heck considering it was *one* thing of sauce.They already raised their food prices, AGAIN, within the last month; I seriously doubt one sauce packet is going to break thebank. I am disabled veteran in the electric chair if there's no button to push the open the double doors. A staff to not offer... assistance from me I was alone. There was no one waiting for orders or ordering orders at the counter at the time. By the time Iwas able to finally get to the counter to order food there was nobody to receive me, and when the young man in a bluesMcDonald's shirt walked over to the register where I was he continued screaming at the girl in the Drive-Thru. I left I wouldnever go back and never McDonald's again. It's so sad, I had been going in there for 7 years. Never again! Read more

9 times out of 10 they mess up my order. They don?t seem to care. Franchisee must just cash whatever little check they get from... this store because they don?t seem to care either. Zero stars is not an option or I am sure they would be lower rated than whatthey are. I don?t know where the next closest store is but I will have to find out. Enjoy their menu for breakfast from time totime and don?t like placing mobile orders just to get to the store and hear they don?t have something I ordered. Read more

The service is usually horrible (there have been good cases), the fries are ALWAYS either cold or limp or both. Multiple orders... have been wrong, plus their food tastes old. I stopped coming to this McDonald's because this would happen each time. ThePreston McDonalds is MUCHHH better (2 min difference). Read more

Went through drive thru ordered 6 piece nugget and got tartar sauce in the Box instead of the nuggets and then they got mad... cause they had to replace the nuggets that should have been in the box instead of hot tartar sauce Read more
