Awful!! Service Awful food, as you can see the bun is falling apart. Now, I asked the manager would he eat the sandwich, he said... no so what does that tell you about this particular McDonald's. The gentleman whom made it act like he wanted to come beat me upor something just because I asked for my money back and asked me what's wrong with it.. Horrible experience dissatisfied. Read more

I?ve read the other reviews and after my experience today, it doesn?t seem like much has changed although my trip through was... pretty quick for late lunch time. I literally only got an iced coffee on the mobile app, pulled through to the drive thru, washalf way greeted at the speaker, pulled up to the first window where the guy said the mobile app is timing out so I had to makemy payment at the window, then on to get my coffee and was again half way greeted by a worker lady that was too busy talking tosomeone else in the restaurant to pay attention that I was there to pass me my coffee. The iced caramel coffee was decent butcould?ve had more coffee because it had way too much cream. So the take away from my experience is that I got mediocre servicefrom a fast food joint. I?ve lived near this location for 4 years now and I can confidently say it?s the worst McDonald?s I have ever been to. Every... single worker has the worst attitude I?ve ever seen. And trust me, I get it, working at McDonald?s is no fun but these workershave absolutely zero respect for any customers. Ordered breakfast this morning, it was not busy at all. 3/4 of my items werecompletely wrong. I call back to tell them that, and their response is ?Sorry?, no explanation offered, no refund, no solutionoffered. I then call corporate and am met by an even worse attitude by a lady who refers me back to the same store with theworst employees I?ve ever come across. Read more

Came with others to dine in a little before lunch. We walked inside and no one said hi or acknowledged our presence. They have... one monitor that has two screens front and back for you to order only one side works. The employees were too busy talking aboutthe new GM and that GM was too busy trying to explain to the employees who is going to send home because of hi labor. The orderof food dine in and only one came on a tray, the other two went to go bags. They also forgot two drinks and when I asked for onestill had to wait. I asked for my coke with a water and they still only got me the coke. Understand things happen but it waslike we weren't even there, and when people came inside they would act like they weren't there . The customer would have to getsomeone's attention to get there online order.. it was like each employee was waiting for someone else to take care of them. Read more

We had a pleasant experience. The place was clean, the milkshakes were delicious, and the coffee was good. We did have a small... debacle with our first round of coffee, which was pretty disgusting and undrinkable, but when we told the staff, they quicklybrought us two size up coffees. They were kind and genuine in making it right. The inside was a fun environment. Read more

This place still holds a special place in my heart as the WORST McDonald?s I?ve visited. A impressive achievement. I tried to... order but couldn?t. The Kiosk was off and no one would come to the register to take my order despite multiple employees walkingpast and seeing me there, including the lady with the headset on for the drive through (she was too busy on her cell phone). Don?t waste your time or money. The times I?ve actually gotten served, they usually screw up the order. I visit only out ofsheer desperation. Travel the extra mile or 2 for better service. Pathetic!!!! If you live here you know the only reason theyare in business is the good graces of the university crowd. Read more

Simple instructions asking for no cheese and add lettuce and tomato it even says it on top of the box and they still couldn?t... get it right what is wrong with this new works staff of people in this world Terrible Read more

Literally would give 0 stars if possible. We ordered from mobile app For curbside and it never came out to the car so we went... through the drive through. It really just felt like they didn?t want to make/give us the food we paid for. Worker had anattitude when giving me my ?iced caramel macchiato?. If you look at the picture the drink I got obviously isn?t it. Like i haveordered this drink for years and it has not only never been all mixed together but it never has whipped cream on it???? Not tomention somehow my chicken biscuit was raw and chewy? We waited like a good 45 minutes for food and it sucked! Read more
