I was charged for the wrong order no big deal. It was corrected. At the second window I was given the wrong order the same one... I was mistakenly charged for whoever she was had an nasty attitude and thought I was lying. I showed her my receipt along withthe corrections She handed my order to me in a rude nasty manner in which wasn't 100 percent correct. I also was giving thewrong drink I ordered a unsweetened tea and was given a sweet tea I have type one diabetes I carb count. I went back inside toget it corrected. They were more concerned about "They re in charge they're a manager as well" Okay ? I wasn't speaking to you ?I waited and waited I Instead left with no correction on my drink. 2 large fries didn't equal one. My sons burger was w/o cheese, call to ask about it, and they want you to bring the food back,... in order to do anything. Just so they can throw it away, and get your order the way it should've been to begin with. A joke! Read more

One afternoon in May after school I wanted to take my granddaughter to McDonald's to eat inside. We arrived about 4:30 or so.... We could see some people eating inside, so when I went to the door it was locked. I thought well there's another door so I'lltry the other door. So we walked around the building and tried the other door. It was locked as well. The people inside arejust staring at us wondering why we can't come in. So, I call them and they tell me that their dining area is closed! We endedup going to another McDonald's and their dining area was open. Read more

Food order is never right. Went into store to get this corrected everyone on their cell phones and totally ignored me. This... place has no manager apparently or one that doesn't know how to manage.
