The store is supposed to be 24hrs but the last few times I've been there for myself or a delivery it's closed or so the... employees that are in the store say. Usually around 230 or 3a.m. Change the hours on the door and online if this is true. Read more
Personal order pick up at LaGrange LOCATION Nice friendly folks at the D/Thru. Kitchen folks, you require refresher training to... re-learn the skills of "How to make a cheeseburger. I believe this might be the second time in a row I've given a negativereview here at the LaGrange location. First was a double cheeseburger all slopped together. Look for that review if this onedoesn't attach to it. I don't want to give "mis-credited" comments and review to another; only to the one who deserves that"mis-credit"". 2 stars. 2 not a one star, only given for the friendly D/Thru folks. UPDATE 9/26/2022 - A much improvedexperience, with 2 visits since last review and rating. D/T repeats saw everything as exemplary and expected, as if expecting acorporate evaluation or inspection. I believe from a customer's point of inspection, you receive near 100% this visit and theprevious, both AFTER the earlier rating and review. A well done and 5 star past 2 visits! Read more
Wife and i used to believe this location had best Mcdonalds service and food in entire louisville , but not anymore . We used to... be treated great here , not anymore . The help has gotten woke , the food has gotten cold and dirty , made us sick too . Thelast few visits been worse and worse in recent months .. last visit the 3 standing around in drive thru reeked of marijuana ,one with dread locks fondled & rubbed the back of his head , then rubbed all around his mouth facial hair and face , thenwiped hand on his dirty pants , all while we waited for our food , a disgusting sight ... one at same time walked off rubbinghis pants in genital area , another stood around doing nothing , and a 4th looked at her phone . Ok..I have to let people know what just happened to me at the McDonald's on old shep, right by fern valley. I ordered 2 shakes... and a number 3,the girl asked me what size shake.This was the same girl from last week who told me the shakes are 3.38 a piecefor any size,small,medium or large which I was never aware. When I reminded her of what she told me she smiled and put her headdown, at this moment a man walked by in Burgundy shirt had a gold chain with a McDonald's Enblum hanging from it and said he wasthe manager OMAR.As I asked him the same question about the price, a very nice young girl that worked there walked over and waslistening. Omar than said the shakes are different prices,I said what are the prices? He looked down and smiled but didn't sayanything, the girl who walked over then said All the sizes are the same price....I looked at Omar who smiled again put his headdown and said 19.88.I said wow,can I see the receipt? He looks down again, hits a button and now it's like 15.33???At thisPoint, in my mind this person the supposed Asst.manager lied to me and then tried to rip me off.When I questioned him again hesmiled and said, I make a mistake. I said this is Nuts,who's the manager..He said yelling now,that he is and I dont have anymoney anyway???At this Point I said why would you say that?? He then yells if I did I wouldn't Question the price of theshakes...When I tell you I was taken back...its Understatement. They are usually pretty quick in the drive thru but if you go inside you should expect to wait awhile to be helped. Their... accuracy is usually pretty good compared to other McDonald's Read more
